We were very happy with our stay, breakfast was well serviced. Only downside hot tub jets not working as they should.

I made a reservation for Sep. 5th but when I got the confirmation it was for the 6th.
So I called and they asked if I wanted to cancel. I said no I want the reservation changed to the 5th. They said the room was not available on that date. They kept asking me if I wanted to cancel. I didn't click on the extra cost to cancel tab because I didn't think I would have to. I think they didn't have a room available so they changed the reservation to the 6th so I would have to cancel and then they could keep my payment. After a lot of conversation they said they would credit me $100 which they did not do. I believe they cheated me.

Booked room with jacuzzi was not available and not informed until we were onsite and couldn't make other arrangements.
Light in the bathroom was constantly flashing, or would go out randomly.
Room was clean and bed was comfortable.
Disappointed that we made these reservations specifically for a jacuzzi and it wasn't available.

I had to reschedule my plans and tried to cancel this request 3 months earlier and they would not refund my money. 3 months before the actual trip and still would not refund my money. I will never use this service again

Stayed one night with my daughter and her friends for her birthday. Hotel was very clean and updated. Pool was clean and they loved having a hot tub too. Only wish the pool room wasn’t a sauna for those not swimming but I feel like it’s always like that with an indoor pool.
