First of, they have no fromt desk and i wasnt sure how that was going to work out. Ironically it was perfect. If I needed something i just texted them and they took care of it or answered me with a solution. Great communication. Day before I got there they sent me specific instructions to my rooms and building entry. Super easy to understand. Great neighborhood and a 15 minute walk from Fenway and great shopping in the opposite direction.

For travelers not tourists. Superb studio apartments with high ceilings in a pristine section of Boston. 5 mins walk to Fenway Park or Newbury St. Will stay here again.

Let me start with the positives. Close location to Fenway if you are going to a game. Check-in was easy, and the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The place backs up right to an exit ramp, so it can be noisy at times; if you are bringing your family, it may not be the most ideal if your room is facing the back.
Now the biggest issue is the parking. They have 3 assigned parking spaces, which you pay $35 a night. They send you a diagram of where you are supposed to park with a written description. However, upon our arrival, it was raining with fog. The "green lines" they say to look for are faded and on the wall behind weed growth. I couldn't see the green lines or my parking spot #, which happened to be #3. There were no markings on the pavement as there were with every other spot. I parked in another spot #3, because it was the only 3 I saw.
My car was towed. I spoke to management and shared photos of the barely visible green lines and weed growth. My towing costs were $198. Only after multiple emails and phone calls did the property manager offer to reimburse me half of the cost to tow my car. I am utterly disappointed that they did not reimburse me the full amount given that this could have all been avoided if they simply shared an actual photo of the spaces themselves rather than a confusing diagram. Take a look at the photo and tell me if you would be able to see #3 and the green lines in foggy and rainy conditions. You can barely see it in clear conditions

We enjoyed our stay here. We had an issue with the tub not draining properly the 1st night and they promptly fixed it while we were out. This area is close to Fenway but not the touristy areas. It’s close to Boston university and it’s a cute area.
I would recommend for them to have a small table for electronics charging instead of everything by the sink.

The room is very convenient for walking around Boston - and is right next to Boston University (noise). Unfortunately the noise from the city (sirens, traffic, yelling, etc) and light were very loud/noticeable. The room has only metal blinds and would greatly benefit from room darkening, heavy curtains to help eliminate some of that.
Everything was clean. We didn't use the kitchen, so I cannot speak to its benefits. The bed was comfortable, and the room had what was necessary (seating, towels, etc).
The host was very quick to answer messages. Be alert that check-in instructions will be sent via messages through Expedia (I don't keep a check on email/Expedia, so we had missed several attempts to communicate). The door code we were sent did not work on the back door, but it was fine for the front, so we simply used it there. Make sure to check all the property details - THERE IS NO ELEVATOR!!
We were only in Boston 2 nights, so the room was okay. Honestly not sure I would stay here again simply because of the light and noise intrusion.
