Nice clean Hotel and pool area.

Stopped here for one night, liked the pool area, rooms were nice, beds very soft, maybe a to little soft for us. We were on the road side, so a little bit of noise during the night, nothing to bad. I'd stay here again.

First Impression Positive Vibes!!

What started as our first week and two days in Albuquerque turned into such a welcoming and memorable experience thanks to the incredible staff here! From the moment we arrived, everyone made us feel comfortable, supported, and truly at home.
A special thank you to Gabriel, Eric, Dany, Britini, Esteffani, Brie, Carla, Amber, Sariah, Tabitha and Evelyn — every single one of you showed genuine kindness, professionalism, and outstanding customer service. Whether it was valet, front desk support, management, or simply checking in to make sure we were doing well, the care and hospitality never went unnoticed.
The restaurant, park, museum, and lobby were amazing!
What meant the most was how welcoming everyone was to our dog, Bach. Anyone who travels with a pet knows how important that is, and your team treated him like family. The constant smiles, warm greetings, and thoughtful check-ins throughout our stay made a huge difference during our transition to our new home in New Mexico.
Evelyn, thank you as well for your assistance and communication regarding our early checkout and receipt.
This team goes above and beyond, and it’s clear the culture here is built on kindness, teamwork, and genuine hospitality. Thank you all for making our first days in Albuquerque feel so special. We will absolutely recommend this location to others!

Excellent hotel!

Excellent hotel! Great decor, super comfortable, easy to find. The food was delicious, and the breakfast conversation served up by Sloan at the bar started my day off right! Definitely will stay here again next time I am in ABQ!

I was hesitant to stay here again because the staff was so rude last time but I booked the room for my daughter’s 21 birthday because of the convenient location and I’m glad I did! She shared that staff was friendly and helpful this time! So glad to hear it!

Fantastic, Eryn was excellent

Eryn did a fantastic job accommodating me and my girlfriend Christina, our stay was phenomenal and she did everything to help us to enjoy our stay! 10/10 place and pool and room were outstanding I’ll definitely be back!!!! I definitely recommend this hotel!
