Romantic Villa close to Ammersee

We enjoyed our overnight stay at this charming house. Friendly and comfortable, with spacious and quiet rooms. Great breakfast with a phantastic fruitsalad. Very attentive hosts. Located just a short drive from beautiful Ammersee.
Ani time again.

worst ever

booked through booking at less then 300 euros specifying in email 3 adults, everything ok from the owner, then they pretended 425 Euros for the stay. breakfast the second day extremely normal (not at all as mentioned in advertising) with the owner Gabriele that provides not needed advices.
Finally dust everywhere!
will never ever go there again and I'll provide this advice to all who will ask me.

Charming Little Hotel; Outstanding Hostess

We completely enjoyed our stay at Romantik Villa, in September, 2011, even though the date below is March, 2012. The grounds are enchanting, and we were shown to a lovely little house all our own, which was beautifully-decorated and very comfortable. We are two mature women travelling together, and at breakfast the next morning, everything was pink, to include the china, tablecloth, and food, which we thought was so very thoughtful. Breakfast was one of the best we ever had in Germany, and we enjoyed talking with the owner and her son. We would gladly stay there again the next time we are in the Munich area.

Lovely villa!

This B&B is a very charming and cozy option in Andechs. The decoration of the common areas and the rooms was lovely, full of details. We stayed in two connecting rooms, one of which was a suite, and had a big space only for us.
Breakfast was superb, with local breads, cheeses, hams, jams, yoghourt, everything fresh and tasty. The owners were very friendly and enjoyed talking to us and giving tips about the region.

Amáveis e perfeitos anfitriões, a Gabriele e seu filho Stephan são muito atenciosos.

Tudo perfeito! Amamos É uma casa aconchegante que fica numa rua silenciosa. O quarto é espaçoso e confortável, há claridade no banheiro. Enfim...fudo no devido lugar.
O café da manhã é muito saboroso c/ ingredientes do local.
