Avoid this hostel at all cost

This is kind of tricky place. It hides all shifty and bad things of it has.. no facilities. 1st of all, it it actually very far.. after you get off the tram, you have to walk 15 minutes to reach this hostel..at night, the road is cut, so you need to walk along the riverside with no light..
2nd, it is not safe and no control of people' behavior. As there is no presence of hostel staff , people naked and walked to shower, which also has no door and no lock.. which is terrible for a single woman as she has no one to watch for her. I SAW A HUSBAND WATCH FOR HER AT CORRIDOR AS SHE FEARED TO HAVE A SHOWER ALONE AT 10P.M.
3rd. The owner, Martin is horrible person. As I had 3rd nights without emptying trashbin, change of towel, I asked cleaning lady and she said she will do it at 12p.m... I got back at 4p.m. and nothing done. Room was untouched. So I emailed. You know what he said? " You ordered Hostel and you expect 5-star hotel."
We change towels only when asked.
So I emailed again, that is what I asked and it is not done. That is why I emailed you. Then he emailed ( he email so quick. I hope he does job better than attacking customer with his cunning reply)
We will not give you extrafreecleaning, no change of tower until you check out. And I will sent about you to booking how you are annoying. ""
Hopless. I could not believe this.
I booked 5days which means I had 4 nights with the same towel in no air conditioning room.
4th. There are no breakfast. There is mis leading info about providing of free breakfast and people might wonder that might be why this hostel is a more expensive as a room with a shared bathroom.. that is our misunderstanding.
What you get for free is cold and hot water...5Th... you will be treated as trash if you email to hostel seven for what is promised and not done.. what is fair and included in price, tax and service fee.
정말 최악의 장소입니다. 멀고 지저분한것에 더해서 주인인 마틴이 정말 험악하고 손님을 협박합니다. 돈을 완불한 사람에게, 이메일로 컴플레인을 하고 리뷰를 썼다고 5일동안 청소도 안해줄것이며 수건도 안 바꿔줄거라고 메일이 왔습니다
심지어 처음에는 왜 수건을 안바꿔주냐는 메일에 너는 호스텔 주문한 주제에 무슨5성급 호텔을 원하냐 나도 한국갈건데 제일 싼거 예약해도 특급호텔 대우해주겠지? 라고 왔어요 첫 이메일이에요.. 여기 위험합니다. 당하고 나서 쭉보니 대만 여자분이 여기 샤워도 위험하고 더럽고 멀다고 쓰셨는데 그런 리뷰마다 다 거짓말이라고 이 마틴이 답장을 합니다. 조금이라도 돈 아끼려고 여기오지 마세요 난 그런일 안 겪을거라고 긍정적으로 생각하지도 마세요.. 제가 2달째 유럽을 호스텔만 예약하며 다녔는데 처음 쓰는 리뷰입니다. 여행중 바쁜에 어떻게 이렇게 리뷰쓰겠어요 진짜 나쁜 호스텔이고 밖에 녹슬고 무섭고 더럽습니다

Horrible, to avoid

Fractured room door, no insulation: noise until late, no staff in the hotel after 11 p.m., neither to welcome nor to regulate the noise, toilets (blocked) and shared showers without privacy: no closure possible, non-compliant room to the photos

If you are not European, Do not stay

The host, will treat you as trash and not guest
. When I asked new towel as I was using the same towel on my 3rd night, they did promise ti change and not changed. When I emailed to host, Martin and he said he can not give no cleaning nor new towel
. My stay was total 5days and until the day I check out, our family used the same towel for 5days
. Trashbin never emptied out. Floor is dirty. I found out other european guest were receiving new towels whenever they ask
i saw one man ask and receive at the spot at corridor
여기는 인종차별하는 숙소입니다 절대 오지마세요 5일동안 청소는 안해준다 해도 타올은 요청시 교환인데 여러번 요청해도 한번도 안해줍니다 일부러요. 저 여행많이다닌사람인데 이런곳 처음이고 마지막일거에요 절대 예약하지 마세요 환불도 안됩니다
