The hotel is now called Celes Samui
We arrived at 1 p.m., asked to wait until room 14. Although there are plenty of rooms available. An hour of insignificant time , looked at just the territory.
The room really, really liked it! Big, everything's there. Compliment from the hotel: Fruit and Coke Sprite in the fridge. Naturally, tea water and more capsule coffee machine( 2 capsules of coffee per day replenish) In general, the room is huge!
The property consists of 2 parts:a villa with an enclosed area, along the path to the sea 2-storey buildings. This is located closer to the Infinity Basin. And along mine closer to the second pool are bungalows near the pool and overlooking the garden and on the side of the former Palme beach hotel (by the way, the sign on the hull has still not been removed!) 3-storey buildings along the long lagoon pool. Ground floor-exit to the pool(water is fresh), but not all rooms have deck chairs. We didn't have enough (even though we had the ground floor) to use them from the next room, and we went to the pools that are by the sea. Nor can sun loungers be found by those who have a room located on the second and third floors..
The pools are gorgeous. Out of 3. Two of them by the sea, both with salt seawater. Nobody borrows deckchairs for long, there are always free!
Breakfast is super! We have driven through Samui many hotels and there is much to compare!!!!! Mini-cakes are masterpieces! Eat breakfast and soup! And also freshly squeezed juices!
The only thing that didn't like was the sea. But it's not for the hotel. Bottom-clay, one day there was a lot of some dirt (natural), but we mistook it for therapeutic !!!
Just outside the grounds, there are cafes where you can have dinner!
There are yoga, boxing, Pilates classes depending on the day of the week!

Unfortunately, a corrected evaluation must be submitted!
Here are the individual reasons:
- 2 bottles of water per day for 2 people? (Just enough for brushing teeth)
- poolside very unfriendly staff (no water or fruit allowed)
Rooms:
No more toothbrushes and the phone service is miserable.
- on request to get 2 additional water bottle to the room it was 20 Baht per water bottle. (100 Baht tip and then this? Can't do it)
- The staff does not greet like 2 years ago. Not by the pool or in the complex.
Minibar included in the bar and drinks, but the water is not enough for the coffee!!
- Cleaning does not work!
Call of 6 nights 5x called the room is ready to clean (6hours time) what was? Room equal and untouched!.
Breakfast:
Very weak!!
Handed off Stark!
Milk often empty, variety missing 2 years ago it was Stunning, now weak and cheap!
Carrot juice empty at 9 a.m. 3 days in a row! Sorry we didn't get any more was the answer.
Chaos on the terrace:
The staff clears the fantastic terrace does not oversll are pigeons, cats and dogs at the buffet, they partly jump on the tables. Nogo won't work!
Pool staff:
Very unfriendly staff,
Whether bath towels or service.
The staff is standing around laughing at guests. The staff does not clean or clear the loungers, floor or tables.
The hotel has turned in extremely!!
Crossing the road:
The security guard does not say hello and does not help across the street, he prefers to push around on his phone!
Too bad!! Very dangerous situation at the entrance and exit!!!
He should do his job!
The hotel was a great address for me the last two times and sent many friends here but the feedback from the friends was equally negative.
I am happy to give you the opportunity to improve this review, it does not serve to expose you but should give you added value to improve your services and to offer the customer/guests an advantage and great experience.

Great pool area. The location is a little further away for that you have the peace and quiet and yet is close to the Fishermans Village in Bophut.

Good service, delicious food.
The room was clean and spacious, the bed was huge and the mattress was very comfortable. The front desk service was excellent, and the service at the restaurant during dinner was also great. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and, importantly, was delicious – I especially loved the chocolate lava cake! The service was excellent, and the restaurant staff were very welcoming. If I have the opportunity, I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Luxury relaxing family holiday!
Lovely relaxing stay! Great rooms, very clean and comfortable, 3 great pools, well maintained, hardly any mosquitoes, nice breakfast with lots of choice, pleasant 15 min lstroll along the beach to the fisherman’s village restaurants and would recommend Toast and Sorte nearby for great food too. Thank you to Sap for the lovely drinks at the pool bar!
