Hire a car you are spoiled for
places to visit .
We went to historic dockyard
I love this place.

Lovely 2 night stay in period property
Warm greeting from Guy who welcomed us into his B&B. After unpacking in our en-suite room, we were invited for a welcome drink in the main lounge complete with roaring wood burner in the inglenook fireplace. Also waggy greeting from Winston the Labrador.
Opted to have an evening meal (nominal extra charge) and so glad we did, Guy is an excellent cook.
Nice to have time with the other guests and also Guy and his son Freddie who joined us for dinner.
Next day had the full English breakfast (extra charge) which set us up nicely for a full day at Goodwood Revival (approx 45 minute drive away).
Had the evening meal again that day and breakfast before we checked out.
As per the other reviews, this is an old house with low beams and some uneven floors which all add to the character of the property. Good Wi-Fi (as phone reception non existent).

Follow the directions for the bnb up the final road
Both Guy and Freddie made us all feel so welcome it was a home from experience
We stayed for two nights travelling down from Liverpool for a family wedding
Secure location and the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in and accomadating hosts.
Got to mention our Winston the best part of the stay the winston the labrador retriever who welcomed us with open paws
Guy/Freddie give Winston a cuddle from us x x
