Great evening and friendly staff.

Had the pleasure of visiting this hotel and bar while in Belfast on business. The bar staff provided excellent service, were highly skilled, and made everyone feel welcome with their friendly conversation. The atmosphere was fantastic, making it a great place to relax.
I would definitely recommend it if you’re visiting Belfast, especially the Cathedral Quarter.

Excessive Noise. Mold. Lumpy pillows&bed.

Incredibly noisy till way after midnight. Felt like the band was in our room. Strong mold smell in bathroom. Lumpy bed and pillows. Again, be warned, you will not sleep.

Relaxing and Friendly Friday afternoon visit

Stopped in for drinks and lunch during a spell of rain while we were touring Belfast. Wait staff (young women) were friendly and responsive, food was good, drinks were excellent. The place was fairly empty during our Friday afternoon visit, so it was quite relaxing. I can't speak for evening atmosphere, but we were quite pleased with the service and the atmosphere.

Very lovely!

I came with my chum for lunch and drinkies. The dining area was lovely and quirky-comfortable seating and a lovely vibe. Our waitress (blond ponytail) was absolutely fab and helpful. She went over and above to help us decide on our menu choices. She was also funny which added to our overall experience. We both had the burger which was well seasoned and well cooked-the brioche held up well. Chips also delish. After our lovely meal, we asked for a dessert menu-not a thing they offer-hmmmm. However, we just had to have a cocktail instead. Thanks for a delicious Bramble and Espresso Martini! We came to the place with low expectations but left very happy! Thanks guys!!

Horrific

Smart room, nice looking bar. All looked good when we checked in at 3 pm. BUT…..
You can’t get a nights sleep. I went down to complain at 12:30am. To find absolute carnage. Some guy punching a wall, apparently it looked at him funny?
The owners are running a nightclub hotel. And it doesn’t work.
Massively overpriced club 18 - 30’s hotel
