JANUARY 2026, just what the doctor ordered!

Stayed two nights, as had hospital appointments. At €73 a night it was good value I felt.
Double bed, clean room and clean bathroom. Good hit shower eith great water pressure. Room 371.
Like a lot of hotel rooms, there isn't much room at the foot of the bed to sit at the desk. TV has about 14 channels, no satellite or YouTube etc.
No dining room or restaurant, so no breakfast is included. Tea/coffee making facilities in room, plus a coffee machine at reception.
Vending machine with snacks at reception. Restaurant and good bar literally 1 minute away. For what I needed, it was spot-on.

Comfy friendly stay.

Went as a couple to this hotel twice in August 2025. We were lucky to get good weather while we were there. It can be quite hard to find and can easily missed from the main road. Great parking facilities and the staff at reception are great; very friendly and helpful. Room was clean, the bed was comfy, and there are plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. Short taxi ride to the city centre if any more entertainment is needed. Very friendly atmosphere is this area. Short walk to Maggie Mays for morning breakfast. Highly recommended.

Great Base to Explore Belfast

Stayed for 1 night on 15th July 2025. Wasn't expecting too much as there is no bar, or restaurant, but was very pleasantly surprised to find there are lots of eating and drinking options all within close walking distance. The Botanic Inn is literally next door.
The reception staff were so welcoming and friendly. First class.
There is a car park onsite priced at £10 for the night which we found very convenient.
The bedroom was spotless and the bed was Super Comfy, perhaps one of the most comfortable I have slept in!
All in all a lovely no frills place with very friendly staff and I would recomend this hotel to anyone looking for a good base to explore belfast. Also very conveniently located to Queens University and the Botanic Gardens.
