Upon departure, the apartment must be left in good condition, with dishes washed, trash taken out, and as it was delivered at check-in. -Sheets and Towels: We are an eco-friendly company and are deeply committed to the environment. Each reservation provides sheets for all beds based on the number of guests, as well as one shower towel per person, one hand towel for each sink, and one mat per shower. If you need more towels, please ask before or during your stay. A fee will be charged for any makeup, fluid, blood, or other substance stains on sheets or towels. PLEASE DO NOT REMOVE YOUR MAKEUP WITH THE TOWELS! -Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the apartment. -Respect for the community: This is an apartment located in a residential building. Please maintain the quiet of the neighborhood, especially during rest hours (10:00 PM - 8:00 AM). -It is strictly forbidden to admit, invite, or grant access to more guests than indicated in the reservation. -Parties or unauthorized events are not permitted. -Responsible energy consumption: We ask our guests to use their water and energy consumption responsibly. -In this community, central heating is used during the winter season (approximately November to April). -Pets: Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. -Lost keys or keys left inside the accommodation will incur a €50 fee. -Compliance with house rules: Failure to comply with house rules will result in a €150 penalty and/or cancellation of the reservation without refund.
