Highly Recommended
I stayed at this hotel for work and the experience was excellent. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are spotless and the internet connection is fast and stable. Also, the location is very comfortable and easy to find. Highly recommended!

Alicante->Crevillente
We stayed there in 2018 for a week and we had everything we wanted. Room was comfy and to be honest we been out from morning till evening and had no much time to look in the room or what’s in the room. Room was just the place to rest/sleep. Down the road there was another hotel of their chain which had pool and nice restaurant and most of the time we spent there.

Best Hotel and Best Service
We stayed in Hotel Goya in august for a week we also been told from the receptionist that they have another hotel down the road which has pool, restaurant everything in there for you to relax.
The next day we went there and indeed was really great and the rest of the days we most spent and ate ,drank there .
It was a great holiday, we had enjoyed and all the staff were so great and offered to the customers extra touches.
Highly recommend and would be back in the future with our family to reserve the suite in the sister hotel.
Looking forward to book in again!

Positive: roof on your head. :)
room is very cheap, location is good, staff are nice.
Negative: room is small and dark. Bathroom is tiny. If you are a big person this place is not for you. Shower closet is so small that you can not turn around in the shower. Beds are tiny as well; max. 180 cm . my boyfriend had to sleep his legs outside of the bed. The door to the room is like a cardboard. You can hear everything thats going on at the hotel to your room. Air condition did not work, but it was really cold at the room so we didn't need it. Wifi did not work . And one more negative thing: cockroaches -

Mecbur kalmadıkça gelmeyin
Otele girişte genç bir oğlan vardı bir harf İngilizce bilmiyor yardımcı olmak için çözüm üretemiyor anlamıyor gibi yapıp işine bakıyor bu hoş bir karşılama değil klima bozuktu iki saat yapılmasını bekledik. Faslılar yoğun bölge faslıların old bölge. Resepsiyon da sonradan kız geldi o biraz yardımcı oldu 3te giriş yapsak ta 7ye doğru odamızı kullanmaya başladık oda pisti eksiklikler sonradan acele giderildi hijyenik bulmadım. Gece bir de kavga çıktı çocuklarım ve ben çok korktum.. Kahve makinesi güzel ama gece sabaha kdr çalişmasi kötü rahatsız edici odam tam koridorda. Palmeras resortu kullanabilceğimizi söylenmedi tesadüf mailden okuduk. Faslı kız çok tatlı ama işler yolunda gitmiyor... Daha profesyonel ekiple çok daha güzel hizmet verilir otel eski ama içi yenilenmiş.. Koridordaki halılar kaldırılmalı çok pis bir görüntü.. Otel full dolu ama eleman yetersiz.. Saç kurutma yoktu buzdolabına şu konulabilir sıvı el sabunu yoktu şampuanla el yıkadık.. Çocuklu ailelere palmeras resortu kullanmayacaklarsa tavsiye etmem biraz fazla verin düzgün yerde kalın. Yataklar gıcırdıyordu.. Çift olmamıza rağmen iki tek kişilik yatak vardı biri yüksek biri alçaktı buradan ilk kez geçtik.. Hoş bir anı kalmadı. Kolay gelsin
