4th experience at Serawa, always a delight
What a pleasure to find this wonderful and so attentive team again
The smile and good humor of Hassan, the good advice from Santiago for the hikes, the two sweethearts that are Carmen and Vania at breakfast

Summer26 Vacation

Super pleasant experience, everything in itself leads to tranquility, very good location, having parking included in the package is a huge plus. The restaurant team are all wonderful (Carmen, Alvaro, Tamara... etc), the food is very delicious and very well presented, the rooms are very much in line with the style of what they want to convey, in short, we have been so comfortable that we will definitely repeat

Hotel with frustrated expectations

I stayed at the Serawa Moraira hotel in July 2026. My first time. After seeing it on the Internet and seeing the ratings, it promised a great experience. However, I am going to write things that are not said and that are important to note. The Junior Suite room has unbearable noise coming from the electrical panel. In other words, you cannot sleep with that noise. To eliminate it, you have to remove the room access card from its slot, with the problem that you are left without electricity. Furthermore, it does not have any system to be able to dry swimsuits and towels. Nor a place to hang them outside. We had to take them out every day to the pool loungers so they would dry or take them to the beach. Its location is not bad, but it is not good either. The Andrago area is close but it is not lit, so it is fine for going to the cove, but if you want to go out at night for a drink you have to walk along the road which has no light at all, only the lighting from the cars that pass by from time to time. So you only enter and leave by car, even to go to the beach. The half-board food is quite good but they never change it, so if your stay is longer than 2 days, prepare to always repeat the same dishes. Even the fish of the day is always the same every day. The pool is small and the water is hot, so it does not serve to cool you off, aside from the fact that the cleanliness leaves much to be desired. The only good thing is the room's air conditioning, which works very well. Things that cannot be accepted in a hotel of this category and price and should be improved.

Good.

The hotel itself is wonderful; our room had a terrace about twice the size of the room, the room was on the small side, little space to store clothes, the bathroom didn't even have a hook for towels, and the fridge didn't cool anything at all. We came for 1 week. Half board is not recommended; breakfast is extensive and varied, but the dinners are a set menu and the exact same thing all week; there are 5 starters and main courses, so if you don't like something, you're screwed. Free parking, saltwater pool, very friendly staff. Cleaning could be improved.

A charming and cozy small hotel with a welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast selection is modest but of good quality, and the pool area is pleasant and relaxing. However, guests should be cautious of the uneven tiles in the pool, as they caused cuts to my husband’s feet.
The hotel may be slightly overpriced for its overall standard, but despite this, we would still recommend it.
