Hospedaje San Francisco is set in a 16th-century building, just 100 metres from Segovia’s impressive Roman Aqueduct. Together with Segovia Old Town, the aqueduct is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. All air-conditioned rooms have free Wi-Fi.

Awful experience.
Our experience in this accommodation was very negative, not recommended and uncomfortable.
When we arrived, we waited at the door for about 10 minutes, calling the doorbell and contact phones without anyone answering. Finally we were told that the reception is not in the accommodation itself, but further down a store, something that is not clearly pointed out and that generates confusion.
When we arrived the girl told us that we had been out waiting 2 minutes and we commented that we had been waiting longer, the person who attended us insisted that it had only been two minutes, in an unkind and unprofessional tone. From the start the attention left much to be desired.
After settling into the room, the girl knocked on the door to inform us that they had been wrong and that we should change to another. The new room had a strong smell of tobacco as if they had been smoking many days inside it; throughout our stay the smell has not gone, dirty walls and cobwebs, giving feeling of lack of cleaning and maintenance. In addition, there were many lights fused inside the room and the soundproofing was very poor: everything was heard, as if the people passing through the hallway or were in the next room were inside the same room.
The shower does not have the full screen; the water comes out easily and puddles form on the floor. In addition, not being completely closed at the bottom, an edge remains that can be dangerous and cause trips or slips. The mattresses are very sunken and the pillows are extremely thin, which made it impossible to rest well.
Paying 80 euros per night we expected accommodation according to the price. If we had paid EUR 30 per night, perhaps some of these shortcomings could be more comprehensible, but not for the amount we paid. In short, all you really pay for is the location, as it is right next to the Segovia Aqueduct.
We think they should have more consideration for guests. People pay to have a pleasant, comfortable and safe stay, not to feel uncomfortable or neglected.
Overall, a very unpleasant experience that we do not recommend, did not meet anything to our expectations.

Shame to forget something in the room and try to get them back.. take care of your things so watch out,.........................

Unsafe accommodation
The rooms are very well very clean but security is non-existent a person got into our room with another card at night and in two rooms on the same floor giving us a death scare on top we talked to the manager and she tells us it was a lie does not leave for a liar is a hotel that I do not recommend to anyone for the experience we did not want anything in return only an apology and that bought and that they check the security of the cards and what they have not given on the phone are some bad answers advice to the girl who attended us a course of manners

Insecurity
My stay was abysmal and more unpleasant is that at 5 am another guest allegedly enters your room claiming that he is looking for his room with his card, having opened two more rooms...My husband had to face him..And the most abysmal is the person at the reception to whom we reported what happened simply to take measures regarding security and on top of that he treats us as liars after seeing the security cameras and that we left the door open...That if he looks at the cameras perfectly sees how he opens the door..The girl at the reception who empathizes better with the clients because she leaves much to be desired...Nothing advisable, although the rooms were clean and well the truth, but the fatal attention and security non-existent..

HORRIFIC security
Awful experience being asleep and that another guest with his key at 5 in the morning enters my room and in two more looking for his almost gives me a heart attack my husband had to face him to leave and on top of that I call the girl to inform him of what happened and tell him that the key of one room opens the one of another that did something so that it did not happen again and little else treats me as a liar of crazy as I am telling a lie they have security camera which I tell him to look and he tells me that yes he sees that he enters my room but it is because I left the door open to see how it occurs to him that I will leave the door open if I am with my husband sleeping and the other two rooms in which he entered also left it open summarizing terrible security I do not recommend that hostel to anyone and advice to the girl of the hostel put latch behind the door and make a course of treatment towards the client it is a shame that this happened because the hostel in nearby cleanliness and comfort is great but the experience was so horrible that never in my life I would return to that hostel I recommend that they make him look at it
