Very positive experience, ideal for families.

Guesthouse located in a very quiet natural setting. Excellent location!!!!! 5 minutes from Cabarceno Park and 20 minutes from Santander and the beaches of Langre and Arenillas.
Very clean and comfortable rooms; in our case, we were only going to sleep.
Bar Raquel is 2 minutes away by car (breakfasts, sandwiches, menus...). Molino de la Hoz restaurant is 50m away (you can walk there), ideal for dinner and having a beer or a drink at night. We would repeat without a doubt!!!!!!!!

Insects, leavening and lack of cleaning.

Leave, bad cleaning, Fatal, flies, muscardones, mosquitoes, and derivatives, and remember to put the raticide from the bathroom plug to the maximum, or if you do not catch sleep due to the bad state of the beds you will not be able to sleep by the noise of mice behind wall and ceiling. I requested a change of room because of the great smell of damp and was denied it while the other rooms were empty. There was no one in the pension. Fatal, I only give you two stars in location, but you also don't need to, better find an accommodation close to the city or with some kind of Service. I don't add pictures because I want to forget it. Room 1, supposedly for four people and I get a 135 box spring with a super thin mattress smaller than the box spring, another uncomfortable furniture side bed as well, and an open sofa bed. No windows, high humidity, and the shower does not swallow water, I own the bill but no photos.

Genial

Room in perfect condition, to spend a comfortable family stay. Beds well, heating right. Individual water bottles on arrival. Beautiful room with double bed and two beds for my children. Great.
