Spanish splendour and friendly staff

We stayed here on a last minute booking through the Picos on a road trip from the Algarve back to the UK.
Upon arrival we were greeted warmly by the very wonderful ‘afternoon girl’ on reception, who it turns out also works in the restaurant in the evening. She had a superb customer focussed personal approach to her work.
Our room 211 was very comfortable and with a view to the rear of the building and the pool, making it quieter with less road noise.
Lots of bikers and travellers to chat to.
The pool area is clean and a well received break from the roads.
An evening meal in the restaurant with huge portions and excellent quality.
Breakfast consisted of a range of eggs, bacon, breads, pastries, fruit, yoghurts, cheeses and meats. Something for every taste!
We booked a second night as my husband decided to rent a motorbike for a few hours to take in the stunning Picos Di Europa ⛰️☀️

Excellent hotel and exceptional service

We have had a wonderful experience at the Hotel Nfsntado. From the first moment we felt very well taken care of and comfortable.
We want to make a very special mention of Estela, who was simply charming. Her kindness, friendliness, and professionalism made the difference. She was always attentive to ensure everything was fine and served us with a smile and a warmth that is greatly appreciated.
Without a doubt, people like Estela make a stay even more special. We totally recommend this hotel and hope to return soon. Thank you for everything, Estela! ❤️

Bad manners and lack of respect for the customer

I had never been disrespected so much. We went in at 9 on our way to the Picos de Europa to have a coffee. Middle-aged woman writing. She does not answer to a good morning. I ask if it is open. Response: "yes but you wait" I grab the menu to order something to eat. She takes it from me "I said for you to wait" I ask how long and she starts yelling. So I leave. And I hear her making a scene with the bill for some hotel guests. DO NOT GO. What a lack of manners.

Excellent hotel in an excellent location for motorcyclist. As a base the hotel is superb, plenty of routes to choose from. Excellent bar and swimming pool. If I had to be picky the only negative I could give is the hot selection for breakfast could be better maybe some sausages and beans. Overall, very good.

Great Base for Motorcycle Touring

Great location for exploring the Picos de Europa.
Visited with a group of 17 on a Wildbad motorcycle tour.
Accommodation good, food in the restaurant was exceptional. Nice, cool pool - a welcome end to each days riding.
Estelle requires a special mention. Made the group feel very welcome, her level of service was exceptional. Front of house is what will make guests return, again and again. Thank you for looking after us, Estelle!
