Our second time at these apartments
Very well situated, within easy walking distance of the old town, the Balcon, beaches. Very clean, smart apartments. Towels for lounging are provided. There's a communal washing machine for laundering the room towels etc as these are not changed for you. There's a dipping pool on the terrace which was great for cooling down., tables and chairs. There's only four sunloungers (there used to be more, I think) so if there were a lot of people wishing to sunbathe on the terrace, it could perhaps be an issue? Kitchen provided with enough equipment to self cater, but great restaurants are all close by, as is the supermarket. The picture, (not great!)is of the mountains seen from the terrace

Does exactly what it says on the tin!
I’d first like to highlight that this is not a hotel, it is a block of apartments. Before our visit I read a few reviews commenting that they didn’t get beds changed, rooms cleaned etc... if this is what you expect from your accommodation this is not the place for you!
Our contact, Miguel, couldn’t of been anymore helpful to us! The contact before we even arrived was impressive... he arranged a taxi to collect us from the airport, and was aware that we arrived 3.5hrs before check in. He messaged us as soon as room was available, 1 hour early!
The basement room was as basic as we expected for the price, but immaculate!! Not a spot of dust anywhere, bathroom was gleaming
We had a hairdryer, small fridge, kettle, mugs, glasses and cutlery in our room - more than we’d actually expected. Plus free Wi-fi, with a strong signal, free of charge.
During our stay we enquired about the hire of an ironing board as there was no suitable surface, bar the floor to use our travel iron. Within an hour an ironing board and iron were outside our room at no extra charge!
Half way through our 7 night stay we enquired about fresh sheets and towels, again within an hour they were outside our door! Amazing service!
We had a late flight home, which was delayed further due to weather back in the uk, Miguel allowed us to stay an extra 4 hours - again at no extra cost! I appreciate that this wouldn’t be possible in peak season but it really helped us out
The location was perfect, close enough to bars, restaurants, supermarket across the road but far enough from the centre to have an enjoyable walk daily. The whole building was clean and very quiet
We will certainly be back and would recommend to anyone who isn’t interested in staying in their room all day and night

Ideal for a short stay
We stayed here for 4 nights whilst passing through.The apartment was large and contained everything you needed for a short stay,the only drawback were the cooking facilities.They were pretty limited if you were there for a week or so,there was just 2 electric rings and a microwave for catering.We eat out every night so it wasn't to much of a problem for us.The rooms were clean and well laid out.The location was perfect,only 5 minutes from the bus station. Down the hill and within minutes was a large Mercadona supermarket , perfect for supplies and wine.The fridge in the apartment was a real bonus.Whilst the outside facilies were also limited,the roof terrace was perfect.We had our breakfast up there every morning,not to mention our sundowners.The location was perfect only a short walk to dozens of restaraunts and no more than 10 mins from the Balcon.We enjoyed our stay and would certainly return

Excellent, Clean, Good Location
Stayed here for a weeks break. Rooms are very clean. It is around 10min walk to Balcon de Europe. Beach's are 15mins max walk. Miguel the owner/manager was very helpful at all times and always there if required, he is the man!! Would certainly stay here again.

Great value
Stayed here for 6 nights great little place not far from the main area in nerja only 5 mins walk to balcon. Room was spotless and roof terrace had plenty of beds and tables for the price it's a must to stay will definitely go back
