To keep coming back whenever we can.

It is the second summer that we have spent ten days resting, which is exactly what we want: pool, waking up early without rushing, relaxed schedules. We found calm, excellent service, cleanliness, wonderful food and, above all, a close, familiar, respectful treatment, always with attention, time and absolute willingness. It is worth mentioning Lourdes, who takes care of us continuously in the dining room, with efficiency and the best humor (something that we also appreciate enormously). We will do our best to be able to come for more summers. Thank you!

This is a "meh"

Honestly, the hotel is a "meh"; this hotel outside of Mérida is perfect if you are looking for something very simple. I stayed one night and honestly I do not recommend staying more than one or two. You sleep well, but the rooms are a bit old; the air conditioning works with a wall control where the numbers could not be read. Complimentary water, quite dirty bathrooms, and I think I am being very nice by giving this hotel a 3 out of 5.

Do not come here, run away!!!

I have been at this hotel for 6 days, the staff for the most part are very good people, but there are a huge number of things that leave something to be desired... I will come back to talk about that later, but today I want to talk about what just happened to us at the pool; there were dozens and dozens of wasps that came to attack us. There are wasps every day all around the pool, but there were really a lot of them there. They were circling us and landing on us. Everyone started to leave and my girlfriend got stung by a wasp... I went to the front desk to explain what had just happened to us. There were two people at the front desk, two ladies, one of normal height and one very, very tall, to whom I spoke. I told her, "My girlfriend just got stung, is it possible to have something to disinfect it or to remove the stinger if there is one, because sometimes wasps can also leave a stinger..." She told me, "I can't do anything, I can't give you anything. If you have a problem, it's up to you to go to the emergency room on your own!!!" I said to her, "Excuse me, but don't you have something, a small first-aid kit with products or a venom extractor?" She told me, "No, we are not allowed to do that kind of thing, it's forbidden!!!" I said to her, "In that case, you are going to leave her like that?" She told me again, "If you have a problem, go to the emergency room. Everyone here is aware that there are a huge number of wasps, it's something common, it's nothing at all..." I looked at her, stunned, because I was shocked. I have never been treated like that in a hotel... She started saying very loudly while looking at me, "madre de dios!!!" By wanting to say that one, he is starting to annoy me!!! I spend my life in 4-star and 5-star hotels, I can guarantee you that this one is not a 4-star; in France it would be classified as a two-star, but that is not the problem... The problem is the lack of respect and compassion; I have never seen that in my life. I am finishing my stay, I am leaving, and I have a very bitter memory of this place... How can one treat customers like that and look down on them... The lady in question is a lady who is 1.90 m or taller, so for management and for others, you will be able to identify her easily... If you decided to give me money to stay here or even free nights, never in my life; I would rather cut off my hand and leave this place.... I think that in prison people are treated better than here!!!! All the rest of the staff are wonderful and attentive people, but the person I just spoke to at the reception—I don't know how one can put such a person at the reception to take care of people.

We have stayed in this hotel on many occasions over the last few years. Our experience is always ‘top class’.
The room we stayed in this time had the bathroom renovated and the outcome was excellent.
The staff are extremely helpful and attentive.
Parking is plentiful and private to the hotel.
We would highly recommend.
