Everything was very good except for the girls at the breakfast buffet who replenish food with their bare hands without using tongs.

The hotel is very modern and functional, comfortable, there is no noise, and it is conveniently located just entering the urban center from the city. I did not give the highest rating for the breakfast buffet service because it is curious that they provide tongs for serving, as it should be, but the two girls who replenish the food have no qualms about doing so with their bare hands, which is unacceptable, touching pastries, bread, and the rest of the items, with a total lack of hygiene, and I understand, with the consent of the management who allows it. I do not understand how they do not take care of this.

Not 4 star. No staff. Avoid at all costs

The room was nice and a good location but that was all. I waited about 10 minutes at an empty reception without anyone there, went out and parked the car to come and wait another 5 minutes for receptionist, she was also tending the bar, seriously understaffed. We were given an inferiour room to what we booked, there was no one there to discuss this with. This is not a 4 star hotel. My emails also went unanswered. Avoid.

Experience to be repeated

It is an exceptional hotel both from the point of view of quality,price,location........From the moment of arrival you can feel the pleasant atmosphere surrounding this establishment.The hbs are quite spacious the only thing to mention is the excessive home automation of the services but it may be my age and the lack of custom.

Unbeatable experience, amazing treatment

Spectacular hotel. I stayed with a large group from January 29 to February 1. I have not been treated this well in a hotel ever, the workers have been 10 all, the hotel is beautiful and very modern. The rooms were all spotless and very nice. Breakfast is quite complete, with good coffee and plenty of options. The gym is quite complete and the location is unbeatable (5 minutes walk from the wet district and the cathedral). Next year we repeat without a doubt, recommended 100%

Stay elsewhere...

We picked this because of the central location but it was a big disappointment.
- The main thing is how unhelpful and rude the reception staff are. Especially if you have a problem they are rude but even entering or exiting the hotel they don't bother to greet guests.
- The domotica in the rooms is absurd and only works half the time. You are stuck with windows or blinds unable to be opened or closed, etc
- We upgraded to a premium room because we were staying for a week but the storage even in this bigger room is inadequate. 1 tiny wardrobe for two adults with only five clothes hangers and two small drawers and thats it in the room. Nowhere to put the empty suitcase after.
- Breakfast buffet is not worth the price - quite basic selection for a four star - very few of each type of thing. Many nice cafes in the area much better food and value.
- The spa was a total disappointment. It's tiny (only 2 chairs available) unlike in the photos and nothing worked - both sauna and hammam were broken. The tiny pool was freezing cold and not all the jets are working. They could not have cared less when we told them "what do you want me to do about it" was the response we got....
