Goeie stop voor onderweg

Hele vriendelijke ontvangst! Topservice. Prima ontbijt. Ideaal voor een overnachting tijdens de reis. Net naast de autostrade maar geen lawaai van ondervonden.
Wij komen nog eens terug onderweg naar Malaga!

Nightmare

I don’t know where to start, in the rooms wires from the felling, holes in the walls, hairs on the pillows and sheets, plug sockets hanging from walls, a bad smell lingering, rubbish in the cupboards and draws, the shower didn’t work and the toilet was stains on the inside and out. People kept trying to get in my room in the night and there was banging. The staff were smoking in the reception area. I cancelled breakfast and did not enter any communal areas so I can’t not pass judgement on them but what I saw in the bedrooms I didn’t want to. I only stayed because it was late when I arrived I barely slept and led on a tower I brought and kept my shoes on and out my hood up. I felt to scared to turn my light off and did nit dare use the electrics so I could not charge my phone. Even the front door was layered thick in dirt which was not inviting from the word go.

Awful experience

We had booked a one night stay a few months ago from booking.com (4rooms). No possible cancel. Money was taken right away.
The hotel was locked when we arrived and seemed abandoned.
No possibility to eat or have a drink (pictures on booking.com said the contrary).
The owner smokes in el comedor. All the rooms smell tobacco.
The rooms seemed cleaned and plain. But bed and bathroom linen was dirty (hair on a towel, no draw sheets, stained mattresses, ....)
Walls were stained as well. Windows were dirty, like never been cleaned, curtains as well, etc
During the night, one of us tried to go out to have a smoke. The door was closed and even the emergency exit door was closed with a lock (no key available of course).
We didn’t have breakfast there.

No facilities - cold

We booked this as a roadside Hostal as you find in Spain. They took our money via Booking.com immediately.
We arrived in the evening after 8 hours driving. Door locked, knocked and an elderly man let us into an empty space that once had been bar/restaurant. There was no food or drinks available. He showed a large room with some chairs and a tv said we could use this!
We decided as nothing to eat or drink to cancel but couldn’t get a refund. Went a few miles down the A1 towardsMadrid and found for the same prices Hostal with all you expect and need. Be warned unless all you want is a bed don’t book here...it’s also not easy to get to from main road!

Puede valer para una noche pero si tienes otra opcion mejor no dudes.

Destaco sobre todo la atención del señor de la recepción. Amable, cordial y educado. Te explica todo muy bien y es atentísimo.
Luego ya lo malo, la habitación que nos tocó miraba a la A1 y es muy ruidosa. Esto puede ser normal puesto que está pegado a la autovía. Tiene doble cristal pero no aisla bien.
No tiene agua potable, si agua corriente pero no potable. Te dejan agua mineral en la habitación por lo que es salvable.
La ducha tenía muchas fugas y pones el baño lleno de agua.
Las toallas superviejas pero bueno, secan.
La cama está bien, se duerme bien
Tendría 3/5 puntos pero el precio tampoco era barato. 60 euros la noche. De ser más barato subiría la puntuación.
