Excellent memory of our stay.

Very large room.
Comfort of the bathroom;
Superb view of the sea and the Medes Islands.
Very beautiful pool;
Hearty buffet restaurant and friendly staff.
Fabulous breakfast.

Deplorable hotel to avoid

Bathroom unworthy for a septuagenarian ...or not
A private room where I paid a high price
The hotel didn't lift a finger just to offer me another room
It wasn't the only room in this state
Closed Jacuzzi
indoor swimming pool at 20 degrees
Infamous meals
The hotel is deteriorating I made the same trip the year before
I had fewer problems
The tour operator was more than obnoxious
I do not recommend it
In the 06
I don't know what bacteria I may have ingested in the baths before I saw the condition of the tub piping among others
2 months of various ailments and fatigue

I'm between: average and very good!

Old hotel, our room with a pool view, spacious and with a good layout (4 beds) but old since it is not renovated.
The sliding window makes a lot of noise; you could hear those from the nearby rooms.
The beds were very hard and the pillows were also uncomfortable.
The bathroom sink was leaking, the toilet cistern was filling up drop by drop, and the safe was not working, but I mentioned it at the front desk and they fixed everything right away.
Cleaning was acceptable; there was a phone on my nightstand full of dust, but they changed all the towels every day.
The fridge cooled very well and the air conditioning worked great; both things were excellent!
The buffet was acceptable, little variety but good.
I do have to say that at breakfast there wasn't even one day of cured ham or fuet.
The pastries were very delicious!
The girls in the play area for the kids, Blanca and Fiona, were very nice.
The pool area; the best part!
The large pool with water aerobics every day in the afternoon. Lots of lounge chairs and beds with mattresses and cushions.
It said that you couldn't reserve them, but you would go down in the morning and everything was already full of towels.
The staff is polite and attentive.
The beach is very close and you can park in a free dirt parking lot.
A 15-minute walk from the port and the restaurant and shop area.
In general, we were very comfortable!

very dated hotel in need of major renovation, air conditioning not working, it felt like having a fan in the room - breakfast not very varied - staff kindness not up to four stars - good location not far from the center.

Top stay!

Great stay! I thank Jori who found a room for us even though it showed as fully booked.
Everything is great... we enjoyed our week.
5 stars, it is well-deserved: impeccable service, the staff is attentive to every need. Gourmet buffet. I recommend it.
