Very good value for money (closest -> to San Sebastian, least -> factory in front)

We stayed one night at Hotel Txintxua, very suitable for one night and close to San Sebatian. We were very well received and very well advised to make visits. We recommend this hotel

The worst hotel in the world, by far

To say terrible is to give a good opinion about a business that I think has nothing decent about it. The room was terrible, the air conditioning threw all the water onto the floor, the solution is to put towels on the floor, or open the window because with the factory in front it is impossible to sleep. The breakfast was embarrassing, poor, supermarket-style and extremely scarce. The food... if you give it to the dog, stop wagging your tail, I'll say no more. The girl at the reception... the day they distributed politeness and cordiality was not present. I have been traveling for work for 30 years, and I have never encountered one as bad as this one. So much so that I told the colleague who manages the reservation issue that to go to the txintxua I prefer to sleep under a bridge.

Terrible restaurant..
Awfull staff.
It shoul be close by the authorities because doesnt have the minimum conditions to be consider a hotel. For the sake of public health it should be close !!!

Decent room, free parking.

Friendly reception, modern room!
The location is a bit remote: so it is quiet, but far away from any sort of town.
There`s a restaurant on site and 1 restaurant a short walk away.
It`s conveniently close to the highway so great for a stopover, especially just after or prior to crossing the French border. Convenient parking on site.

Great stopover

Stayed here while driving across Spain and France. I chose it because it was off the motorway therefore cheap. Only 5 mins from motorway junction.
I was delayed on my journey so contacted the hotel to let them know I wouldn’t be arriving until 11pm. They said they would leave the main door open and my key on the desk, which they did. We then did the checkout in the morning.
Great little room, clean, comfy and with a good shower.
Small cafe area downstairs did a continental breakfast. I was traveling with 3 cats which stayed in my van overnight, the owners, in finding out, gave me some cat food for them. Nice touch.
Previous reviews have mentioned the location right next to the power station. It is an eyesore. But, if like me you need somewhere to just sleep and recharge then it’s great. I’d stay again without doubt, lovely people.
