Would stay again!
The staff were super welcoming. The location is great. Our room was comfortable. Breakfast and afternoon tea and access to a pretty courtyard are nice perks.

Lovely charming hotel in the Center of Granada
A lovely hotel in the centre of Granada, with everything within walking distance and the Alhambra right opposite. Extremely friendly staff, and the rooms are clean and beautiful. As well as the fantastic breakfast, there’s also afternoon tea with light snacks and drinks. We were completely satisfied and can wholeheartedly recommend this charming little hotel.

Nice hotel terrible terrible air conditioning
The hotel itself is very nice. It's in a great location but we arrived around noon
And asked for an earlier check-in, and also alerted them our arrival time and request when room was booked . They said it wasn't available but then proceeded to bring our luggage up.
So I believe it was available, but I don't think they allow early check ins. A representative of the hotel called me the night before.To find out what time I was checking in and to see if I wanted to arrange a ride from the train station to the hotel for twenty five euro. I agreed they said the man would be waiting with a sign with my name on it. He never showed up.We waited twenty minutes and ended up just taking a cap.So that was strike number one. An earlier check in or at least notification of when available * which we didnt get).Was strike.Number two. But the main thing was the terrible ac in the room. They never mentioned, they were working on the ac.So there was periodic blackouts and a c work being done. But even when the work was complete, the room still would not get below 79⁰, this room being on the second floor it was stifling, which made the balcony useless because you had to keep the curtains closed to keep the sun out because the a c was so terrible. Pretty much it just comes down to customer service. The front desk lady was nice enough, but they could smile to your face. And still screw over, which is what happened to us. Literally had to take three showers in the middle of the night to try and fall asleep.Because the room was so hot.

A little gem
I returned to this little gem, already from the inner courtyard you breathe a calm and relaxed air
The rooms are furnished with classic and elegant taste and we are missing nothing.
Many small attentions even a bottle with a dedication, cookies and lemonade when you arrive and so much kindness and courtesy.
