Brilliant :)

This is an old fashion ,yet quaint place to stay. Location was superb right on the beach.There is nothing flash about the place, it's just a homely place to stay.
Very warm welcome ample parking and excellent value for money.
There is an outstanding restraunt 5mins walk under the light house .
Worth a visit as is this aparthotel.

Lack of cleaning

Disillusioned, we knew it was simple but the photos deceive. The floor was very dusty, the room extremely small and the clothes could not be kept in a closed closet because it caught a bad smell. The TV was messed up. I would never come back

great location, even in winter

The town was almost without tourists in January but the temps were pleasant, the sun ever shining and the beach enticing. Room 102 has a terrace and view of the setting sun. The bar located under the terrace was closed for the winter, wonder how much noise there is in the summer from bar guests. But perfect while we were there. When booking, you might ask the reception to turn on the heater a few hours before your arrival, otherwise you're going to feel cold while the heater tries to heat up the tiles and glass windows out to the terrace.

Excalant located REALLY charming place

I loved this place for ages, I think - the hostel is SO good located We had double room with terrace and sea wiev-what could be better? You can go to beach in swimming suite - the beach is cross the small street. And city center is on walking distance.
And whats more - it is so nice decorated in Andalusian style. I would advice this place for everybody wanting holiday near sea. really

Very basic not good value for the price

Had 2 nights here.in May, the reception was very cold and unwelcoming not sure why they were so cold. also once we checked out 2 days later had the same cold service. booked online as the photos looked great but they do not show the rooms and we found out why, very dated and damp, needs update badly, small rooms are clean but very dated and you can hear everything in the next room as walls are thin and they all have large gaps under the doors. the front door bell rings every morning about 7.30, i think they deliver the bread so this wakes you up.there is a small terrace on the first floor where people go to have a smoke so every time they open the metal door there it makes a horrid noise all the time.even in the early hours.wifi is very bad on and off.the night before this stay we paid 50 euros for a 4 star hotel in Heulva so this was 5 euros more and although it is in a great location i would not recommend it unless you are on a budget. the shower we had was great but that was the only thing we liked.If you are notr happy in running a hostal then you should not open to public. Brekfast was very basic but cheap.see my phots below.
