Unique and human experience

A very pleasant hotel in a very family environment.
A very big thank you to Manuel who was adorable and caring.
He also told us about Andalusia and him and frankly it makes the experience very human.
Thank you Manuel and we hope to see you soon.
We visited your establishment last year, but I forgot to write my opinion so I am doing it now.

Good price and good location

It is a budget hostel located next to the Alcazar. To me the treatment of the woman seemed crude or distant. The house is nice, nice patio, and everything very clean. The small room with a small bathroom but more than enough for the night. It has a hairdryer and air conditioning. The water comes out hot with good pressure. The keys must be left at reception and a doorbell rang. It's not soundproof, a customer leaving early woke us up. To park there is a small parking nearby which hopefully you can park for 1€ if there is the valet

I was there in low season. The location was excellent. The hotel was very dark and very cold. The wifi did not work. I was given a different network that was very slow and didn’t work in my room. The chair at the small desk is so high that it was impossible to fit legs between the chair and desk.

An unforgettable experience in the historic heart of Carmona — Hotel Comercio

Our stay at the Hotel Comercio in Carmona was much more than a visit: it was an immersion in history, human warmth and Andalusian architectural beauty. This hostel is located literally next to the main entrance of this charming city, “at the Puerta de Sevilla” and is part of its emblematic welcome gate. There is no better place to start discovering Carmona.
The building is a historic gem. The building has been preserved with deep respect for its legacy, with original details reflecting centuries of history. From the balconies overlooking the village, to the typical Andalusian courtyard – full of light, traditional tiles and plants that make it cozy and fresh – the hotel breathes authenticity and elegance in every corner. The breeze that runs between its ancient walls and the serene atmosphere make it a unique place.
But what really made our stay unforgettable was the family and personalized treatment we received. Don Manuel and Doña Carmen, the owners, made us feel at home. Her daughter and even granddaughter are involved in guest care, demonstrating how hospitality is passed down the generations. It was a real pleasure to see an entire family dedicated so lovingly to this project.
Don Manuel, in particular, gave us very special moments: he told us stories of Carmona, revealed secrets of the hostel itself, and even took us to a private viewpoint that no tourist had accessed before, from where you can see the whole city. It was a gesture we will never forget.
We recommended this place a local when we arrived in Carmona, looking for something authentic. We asked you about a special place and found a real surprise: a place full of history, beauty, and humanity. We regret that we could not say goodbye to Don Manuel personally, as that day he had gone to his dance classes. Hopefully, as he reads this, he and his family — including his granddaughter who is learning the steps of hospitality — will remember us: it is Juan and Michael, from the United States, who stayed with you at the end of October 2023.
The hotel also offers breakfast, and is an excellent place to organize intimate events or just relax and get carried away with the charm of Carmona.

We had to leave early (07:00) for a flight; breakfast is available only 09:00 - 10:00.
