Small apartments with kitchen and balcony..super clean and the staff friendly and inconspicuous
.Centrally located and yet not too loud. Eroski supermarket 2 minutes...all three beaches within walking distance in 10..15 minutes.

poor hygiene condition despite good location insufficient
We travelled here in September 2025 and said that we didn't put much emphasis on the interior - but we definitely wanted to cook at home every now and then... The toaster was totally dirty, the microwave rusted and dirty inside and we didn't touch the kettle at all. There was no oven, although it would probably have had similar hygiene. The “clean” towels you get all had yellow/orange spots. And we also cleaned the floor ourselves with things we bought here. The curtains also had stains and were partially perforated. There was no kitchen paper, dish towel (which leaves no lint on the dishes) and also otherwise the interior was rather barren.
Around noon it sometimes started to smell like drain in the hallway and the scent then also came into the apartment at times.
The bathroom could also do with a proper basic cleaning... the shower runs out at the back corner - the silicone would urgently need to be replaced... the hairdryer (which was also sticky and dirty, by the way, until we cleaned it with disinfectant wipes) can only be used in the bathroom, although there was the only mirror in it anyway. And what was that white stuff spread all over the wall?
To the bed: it's these old folding beds with a mattress on each. The sheets and duvet covers/duvets also had stains like the towels.
As for the location: really well located.
Our conclusion:
In the meantime, we thought about going to another hotel, but did not see it again to invest money, especially since according to some reviews you can expect no better (hygiene) condition, unless you want to pay 200 € per night. We can not recommend this apartment to anyone according to the current state and would definitely not come here again.
Our recommendation to the landlord:
- Basic cleaning throughout the apartment, but especially bathroom & kitchen
- Exchange kitchen appliances with new appliances
- if necessary a shelf for better stacking of the devices
- Kitchen paper and two-three neat tea towels provide
- Change laundry service or buy new towels and bed accessories
- Hand soap for in the bathroom would be nice
- neat hanging buttons in the bathroom on the wall and especially next to the sink (those attached there are too thick for the signs on the towels)
- another mirror (e.g. glued to the apartment door)
- new curtains

About the La Perla Negra (LPN)... it´s NOT a 3-star hotel. At leat not more than 2-star. LPN is a part of Hostel Alcina, about 100meters walk from LPN where the reception, check in/out is and the wifi.
The staff in Hotel Alcina is not very service minded.
LPN have basic spacy apartments. Nice with two bathrooms connected to the bedrooms. The pool area is very nice opened 11:00-20:00, also with a childrenspool. nice balconys towards the poolarea
Unfortunatly during our stay we hade groups of young german boys drinking hardcore.
And... the hotel is old and a lot of things has been broken and repaired badly. we had three chairs at our balcony, and three of them were broken.
we were missing some kitchen equipment, like a breadknife and a winebottle opener.
Cleaning was quite bad and only mondays and fridays.
There are no aircondition, but a fan can be borrowed at Alcina.

Für den Check In ist die Besitzerin sogar persönlich erschienen. Das Apartment war sauber und ich durfte sogar länger drin bleiben als ausgeschrieben. Check Out kontaktlos. Alles in allem für mich im Dezember eine super Unterkunft.

Bonito , limpio y sencillo apartamento.
Zona tranquila en enero y perfecta para pasear y descubrir lugares con encanto.
