Small and Friendly.

Lovely little hotel with friendly staff who look after you. Excellent food and plenty of it.
Large rooms with comfortable beds and a fridge and air conditioning in each room.
My wife is a vegetarian and the chefs made her some great dishes.
Great value for money accross the road away from the beach with a lovely indoor pool. Supermarkets and shops also accross the road.

Amazing!

Location is okay however from Gatwick to Majorca airport it was shorter than driving from Majorca airport to the hotel. Atmosphere was okay. Rooms were fine they are cleaned every day towels and bedsheets are changed every day. Staff are very very polite. However we are stuck with these two rooms whereby the occupants in those rooms were smokers so we couldn’t enjoy the balcony because whenever they smoked everything was just coming into our room I would say it would be good at least to separate smokers and non-smokers.

Friendly Small hotel

We have had an amazing time at hotel Bonsai! Staff were very friendly and helpful! Location is very good with beach across the street. We went with family of 12 and everyone was happy!
It’s not a modern hotel but we had everything what we needed. Breakfast and dinners were very good and restaurant staff super friendly.
We would definitely choose Bonsai hotel again!

Back again! (See review June/July 2025)

We stayed at the Stil Hotel Bonsai a year ago, and were so impressed that we came back for 14 days this year.
We enjoyed the location. The hotel is kept spotlessly clean and - as last year - the food is a real highlight.
Staff are hugely welcoming and friendly, which makes such a difference. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable.

Small ,quiet and friendly hotel

Small spotlessly clean hotel. Reception staff always friendly and happy to help. Rooms small but plenty of storage and cleaned daily.
Carmen in the dining room was always cheerful and helpful. I am coeliac and need a gluten free diet. After a small hiccup all of the restaurant staff did everything they could to explain what was suitable for me to eat and the chef made a special meal for me one evening. All of the staff went out of there way to make sure that we had an enjoyable holiday.
Thank you and Well done Hotel Bonsai would definitely recommend your hotel.
