Highest grade!!

We are incredibly satisfied with our stay at Hotel ROC Illetas & SPA. Everything has been so good, from the environment and service to the fantastic staff who have always been nice, helpful, and welcoming. The breakfast buffet was absolutely fantastic! One feels really cared for here. We had a wonderful stay and would love to come back!

10/10 experience

I would never want to stay anywhere else in Mallorca. The location, is perfect with a bus stop outside to Palma and a short walk to a bus for Portals Nous. The rooms have always been perfect and clean as we have stayed in various room types. The amenities are very good and the staff are absolutely amazing.

Frequent visitor

I can’t express how amazing this hotel is. I have stayed at this hotel quite a few times now in all the different room types. The rooms are beautiful and clean. The amenities and hotel as a whole is absolutely fantastic and I’d never hesitate to stay here. But for me what sets this hotel aside is the staff. They make this hotel 100 times more special. The location is perfect to give you that beach holiday with a bus stop outside straight into palma city.

Lovely Stay

We had a lovely stay we had a two bedroom suite and had everything we needed. The room was cleaned and we had fresh towels every day. The staff were lovely.

The sea within easy reach

The property is truly very beautiful and offers several strong points. The private cove is certainly one of the best aspects: the sea is spectacular and allows you to enjoy your stay in tranquility. The two outdoor pools and the indoor pool are also very beautiful, ideal for alternating between the sea and moments of relaxation. There is also a small spa, with the possibility of taking advantage of massages. As for the room, I stayed in a suite, but in my opinion, especially considering the price, there are some aspects that should be improved in order to really call it a suite. The walls had some stains and damaged parts, while the exterior wood of the balcony was not completely intact. These are details that, in a room of this category, make a difference and would certainly deserve more attention. Personally, the sweet breakfast did not satisfy me either. The selection was rather limited and, among the few options available, I did not find anything that particularly convinced me. I am not a savory breakfast person, but I must say that, judging by the offer, the savory one seemed definitely richer and more interesting. An absolutely positive note, however, goes to the staff: everyone was truly super kind, helpful, and professional.
Finally, the location is truly excellent: with a scooter, you can reach all the main attractions in the area in about ten minutes, making the property a great starting point for exploring the surroundings.
Overall, a property with great potential and certainly very pleasant, especially for the sea, the pools, the tranquility, and the location. With a few more adjustments to the rooms and more attention to the sweet breakfast, the experience could be truly excellent.
