What a cute, comfortable albergue!

We got a double room and it was so comfortable. The bathroom - one of three on our floor, was right across the hall. A clothesline was just outside the window of the bathroom and things got really dry there!
The kitchen was nice with two washers and a dryer for not very much. The hostess was warm and there were nice touches all over our floor. Definitely stay here!
Hint- the doner kebab across the street is delicious!!

Affordable, central albergue for walkers

We booked a double room with private bathroom and were very pleasantly surprised at how lovely this place is. The hostess was lovely, very helpful. Accommodation throughout was spotlessly clean - you can see your face in the tiled floors!! Our room was on the top floor (4) with a private balcony - a very welcome sun spot.
Only downside is all the doors accessing the building, floor & room required keys and WiFi was only accessible on the reception floor (2).

Camino hostel

We came without reservation and had a luck. Kind madam (owner) don't speak English but we made it. We had shared 3-bed room but one bad stay available (so we had private room). It is just normal (quite large) apartment rebuild to hostel. Hostel is near centrum, but Caldas de reis is really small town.
Pros:
+ cheap
+ kind owner
+ quite place
+ two bathrooms
Cons:
- kitchen is unfurnished (no kettle, really few dishes, no microwave)

Third-to-last stop on my camino!

I booked my room via Booking.com approx. 2 weeks in advance, then downloaded my reservartion to my phone‘s Wallet app. Booking ahead is ESSENTIAL for this accommodation because they are very popular, and rightfully so.
It was clean, cozy, great hot showers, comfortable beds, free washing machine and detergent, free dryer for your laundry and an available kitchen. It is located 5min walk from the famous hot springs.
The service was warm & welcoming. Loved it - would go back any time.

Excelente, limpio y amabilidad

Todo muy limpio camas cómodas espacioso y personal muy amable.
Muy recomendable.las habitaciones y baños grandes y está ubicado en muy buen sitio.
Si tengo que repetir, ya se dónde.
