My stay at the dynastic hotel, benidorm.
Location good near the indoor market, rooms are quite spacious, 2 small double beds, very clean, I stayed on the 1st floor room 107b. Reasonably quiet. Very safe environment, and about 10 minutes walk to the show bars. This is my 2nd time at the hotel dynastic and would definitely stay here again. The staff are really good and polite to disabled people. I stayed for 9 nights in Feb/ March 2026, and was here for my birthday, nice suprise of a bottle of sparkling wine, cake, chocolate and sweets.

Disappointing
Stayed here for one week, was very disappointed with the rooms they are tired, small and need updating, the bathrooms are very grim too. I believe the taller block of apartments are much nicer. Location is great it is 10 mins from the beach and the strip.
The pool is small for the amount of guests and very crowded, also lots of smoking which isn’t great for the non smokers.
The food in the restaurant at lunchtime and evening was really good with lots of choice, the snack bar throughout the day was basic and everything fried.
I would not stay here again.

A great stay
Location - minutes from beach and family pubs.
Atmosphere - good with good entertainment around the pool in the day.
Room- dated need a lick of paint but very clean.
Value - really good
Cleanliness - very good
Noise - what noise
Service - from the bar to reception very good.
Food- good some nights better than others

Don’t Waste Your Money.
Hi, i am giving this hotel 3 stars based on the fact that they don’t have separate wristbands for adults and children. I am 20 years of age and i do look younger then i am, therefore every time i would go to the bar for an alcoholic drink the staff either refused or asked the same question over and over “age?” which i would reply 20! and they would say no no. on multiple occasions i tried to offer my personal id and i got told no need. it felt as though at one point they were doing it trying to joke about at my expense as there was 2 male workers on one night having conversation between themselves while they jsut kept asking my age and laughing. However there was 1 woman who seemed to understand and as soon as i had one conversation with her she continued to serve me alcohol. pool is way smaller then on the pictures and could do with alot more umbrellas. the restaurant was clean but you could tell the food had been out for a while before guests were aloud access to it.

Amazing holiday in a beautiful location
We have just come home from a family week at this hotel.
My honest review was it is a brilliant hotel after reading some reviews I was apprehensive especially about the food but we loved it, they had themed nights everyday and there was something for everyone no they didn't have British bacon but we are in Spain!! There were omelette, pancakes, continental choices and cooked breakfast, the snack bar was brilliant and my kids loved it and tea was amazing even my fussy eaters found something they liked znd the puddings were beautifully presented and went down a treat.
The location was perfect and security was excellent you could only excess your floor and was a great idea.
Our room was over looking the pool very spacious and bathroom was massive. Air-conditioning is not great but we coped.
The staff were all friendly and entertainment was good lots of boredom buster quizzes to do as family around the pool which was a great idea darts waterpolo and aerobics in the pool, the evening entertainment wasn't amazing but it was good and they do there best.
The ques for drinks was minimal we never qued for long and the drinks were nice.
The only thing I could fault was the size of the pool it is not very big and does get very busy i was concerned when I first arrived but it was ok there are no inflatables allowed or ball games depending on who is on lifeguard duties sometimes small boys were allowed.
Overall I would recommend this hotel and would go back.
