Very good experience

Unbeatable location. 5m from Plaza de Catalunya. 1m from La Rambla....
Very clean and, although small, well equipped room.
The attention of 10, both Nati, on my arrival, and the rest of my stay with Carlos and Abdel, always attentive to everything. Thank you and I hope to come back and recommend it.

Close and good.

Very friendly staff. Pretty low standard but proximity to most things outweighs it. Clean room.

Bad Customer Service

Beware of this hotel. Booked for 2 nights and made an error on dates. Tried to amend immediately but was refused on the basis there was no availability which was a lie as my alternative dates were available. Ended up losing the full fee fir booking. Great customer service, NOT!

Great location

Hotel very well located to visit, 5 min from the Boqueria, 10 min from the Cathedral. Clean room, made every day. The receptionists are there day and night, friendly, even if they do not speak French. There is a vending machine and a computer available. Rooms facing the street are a bit noisy, I would recommend asking for a patio side.

Great location

Great location, a stone's throw from the Ramblas and Boqueria. Very close to the green metro that allows you to easily reach many points of interest including the airport. Very small room with no spaces to put your suitcases. Ideal for those who do not have too many claims on the structure.
