Super Clean, Convenient, and Great Location

Spotless and perfectly located, this hotel was a great find. Our twin room had a balcony overlooking the pedestrian street. Though it lacked a private bathroom, we had a small shower and sink. The shared bathrooms were very clean, and the location made exploring the area easy.

NOTHING RECOMMENDABLE

The only positive thing about that place was the friendly attention of whoever received us upon arrival. You have to climb stairs, with suitcases, for the reception, then another 2 floors for the room. It is an old building that was conditioned to offer accommodation but leaves much to be desired. The large room but with very small bathroom, separated the sanitary from the shower and the sink. The area is too dreary to walk at night. We had 4 nights booked and only stayed one because we preferred to look for a better place.

Lamentamos sinceramente que su experiencia no haya cumplido con sus expectativas. Apreciamos que destaque la amabilidad de nuestro equipo, ya que el trato cercano es algo que cuidamos mucho.
Sabemos que nuestro edificio, al ser antiguo, tiene algunas limitaciones estructurales —como la falta de ascensor—, algo que intentamos dejar claro en la descripción para evitar sorpresas.
Entendemos que cada persona valora aspectos distintos y, aunque sentimos que nuestro estilo no fue lo que buscaban, también nos reconforta saber que la gran mayoría de nuestros huéspedes valoran positivamente tanto la ubicación como el ambiente y la relación calidad-precio.
Gracias por tomarse el tiempo de compartir su opinión. Nos ayuda a seguir mejorando.

Nice little hostel

The hostel was clean and the owner very kind. Our room had a nice bathroom, and we liked the area, close to the Casa de Musica. My only complaint is that the mattresses were pretty hard. I used all the extra bedding underneath me to make it more comfortable.

UNRELIABLE, BEWARE!!!!! MINUS ZERO STAR

I booked 4 nights in March for June of next year, and my credit card was charged in April. Now, in the middle of June the hostal contacted me saying that my credit card was invalid and they could not process it, to add another one. The booking company told me to provide the same credit card information, and I did it. An hour later the hostal cancelled my reservation. So, where is my money? UNRELIABLE. BEWARE!!!!!! I guess they were not happy with the low rate paid and they wanted to charge me double.

small but sufficient

This was the perfect location to stay and for the price you can't get better value. The rooms while small, allow for a perfect sleep and the rooms are cleaned daily. We had an extremely small shower which made it challenging to even turn around but it did the job. I would consider staying here again in the future given the location and cooperative staff.
