Comfortable

I stayed at this hotel in Arriondas and had a decent overall experience. The room was clean, and the bed was okay, but nothing particularly special. The main downside was the air conditioning I couldn’t adjust it myself, it was quite noisy, and the temperature was too cold with a strong airflow, which made it uncomfortable. On the positive side, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel also has parking available, and its location is convenient, just a short walk from the town center.

Cleanliness 10

The hotel is not very pretty, but the cleanliness of the rooms stands out. One of the cleanest places I have stayed. The kindness of the staff also stood out.

It's not a hotel, it's a hostel.

Food's lousy throwing in postwar hospital. The menu is closed and the fact that you do not like any of the dishes chosen by the hotel is little valued because, like rabbits, the option offered is lettuce with two pieces of tomato and half an onion. The rest of our culinary journey was based on cooked rice, cooked potato or oil mushrooms. Sad breakfasts, industrial pastries and a bread toasting machine that you can retire waiting for. Please, is that the natural tomato was tinned for toast and the sausage is not that it was second rate, it was fifth rate. They served it like coffee may well be the remnants of washing dishes. Terrible!
The cleanliness is frankly improveable, the shower that touched us in our room ran out the water, put the bathroom like a duck pond. The air conditioning, if you can call it that, emits such a noise that it can raise the dead. And of course, there have been nights that I have preferred to fall asleep on the floor than to stay on that mattress we had in bed. The pillow... a rolled towel is more comfortable. And to top it off, you hear everything in the rooms.
The reception staff is saved who are super friendly. Otherwise, and even though the enclave is great and it's all close, I don't go back there so they point a gun at me.

No restaurant open at this time..very good breakfast was available and at low prive.
Overall a conveniently located clean hotel with excellent staff.Great value for money.
