Welcoming hostel with a great atmosphere. Fantastic staff, in particular Ezequiel and Alejandro, very good at organizing activities and getting all the guests to socialize.

Fantastic hostel
This was my first hostel that I stayed solo in and I really enjoyed it!
It’s gorgeous, clean and has a great location.
The beds have privacy curtains and spacious lockers. I liked the shower rooms and there was a lovely upstairs networking area. I didn’t use the kitchen but it was large and spacious. There was also a filtered water machine there.
When I arrived there was a boat tour which I got to join and that was really fun! The people working there and visiting were very friendly. The average age of people there was 25-40.
My only (very nitpicky) complaints were that the top bunk steps were painful and that there are only two female bathroom stalls in the hotel. I would also like one sink in the shower rooms. The bar upstairs would also be more social if it had a bartender and actually served drinks!
Overall a great stay and I would absolutely visit again and recommend to anyone!

Very disappointed by the lack of empathy
I will share in detail my experience with the hostel and I put 1 star for the attitude of the people who run this hostel. I booked a night at the hostel traveling with my 14-year-old son through Booking.com and not realizing that the hostel forbids entry to children, because the house rules described "you can't accommodate children" and I didn't realize that a 14-year-old is considered "child". When I arrived, Sabela told me that by law I could not check in, but that I would call the hostel address to ask if they could refund me because I would not stay in the hostel. Management said no. I was left on the street not knowing where to go and had to book an expensive apartment in the area, so then I tried to ask Booking.com for a refund; from Booking they tell me that on their part there would be no problem but that is with the accommodation and that the accommodation has said that it does not approve any refund in my case because it has been my mistake. I then write an email to the accommodation explaining that it is true that the mistake was mine, but that if you could please make an exception, consider a refund precisely because it was a no more night, that you understood the situation and that you had also accepted a partial refund to recover some of the money. The manager replies that if I had booked on her website (which by the way, indicates NOWHERE that minors are not allowed at the time of booking, so I would have given the same) I could "have considered other options" but that as I booked by Booking because they can not manage refunds. That said, I contact Booking again who asks the property to authorize even a partial refund, and they again deny it. At this point it is clear to me that from the beginning there was no intention of refunding me part or all of the money, which is legitimate and within their rights, but I think it is FEISIMO that they do not have the face to say it, for being well and good, blaming the platform. My booking was cancelled by the accommodation the same day I didn’t enter, so they have surely re-rented it and thus earned double the money. I do not dispute that it was my mistake and it is the first thing I said in my emails, however I consider that this speaks volumes of accommodation that goes from cool and good vibes and in the end as everyone only and only interested in making money and if possible, double. The hostel would not have changed anything to refund me 50€ of the reservation and yet they have decided not, and also saying that it was Booking’s fault definitely says a lot about their attitude and their values. So if you stay, be careful because if you get something wrong you will be charged until the air you breathe. Thank you and enjoy your reservations:)

Good deal and good atmosphere.
A very good experience, Matthias and his wife, lovely, Isabela, all in general, magnificent, I totally recommend, as a family.
They threw me a farewell party and I feel loved.
I will definitely come back, I hope they remain in that good environment and good shapes
