We liked it.
We liked the hotel. Comfortable, clean, friendly service by the workers. The hotel is far from the center, in the southern part of the town of Albacete, but you can walk as the aforementioned town is not far away. Nearby is the university of Castilla la Mancha and Carlos Belmonte Stadium. Hotel is surrounded by houses, bars and pubs. To come back and repeat.

Bad rooms
We stayed at this hotel for a wedding and were able to take advantage of a small discount for attendees. Even so, the room price was €75 for one night, a rate that, in our opinion, does not correspond to the quality offered.
As positive points, the location is good and it is easy to park in the surrounding area. In addition, the room was quite spacious, something that is always appreciated.
However, the experience was not what we expected. As soon as we entered, a strong smell of tobacco was noticeable, despite it being a non-smoking room. The furniture and facilities look quite outdated and the room offers only the essentials for spending the night, without any detail that justifies the price.
The worst part was the rest: the bed made a lot of noise with any movement, which made it difficult to sleep, and the pillow was excessively hard and uncomfortable.
In short, it is a functional hotel if you are only looking for a place to sleep, but for the price we paid we expected better maintenance, greater comfort, and a better price-quality ratio.

This hotel has a very efficient system: they mistakenly take your things to the laundry and then explain to you for weeks, using a lot of corporate terminology, why that is not their problem.
I lost a top. €29.90. Birthday gift from my brother two WEEKS ago. I left it on the bed. It disappeared as if by magic — well, not by magic, but because the hotel itself acknowledged that they probably took it with the sheets. THEY. IT. THEY SAID. And yet: not a dollar, not a real apology, not a gesture. Nothing. Case closed. Goodbye and good riddance.
But they sure put together quite the investigation! They blocked the room. They gathered departments. They conducted an OPERATIONAL DEBRIEFING — yes, you read that right, operational debriefing for a top with more feeling than anything they have managed in their lives. They contacted the laundry. They gathered the staff again. All that display worthy of the CIA… to conclude that they do not intend to do anything at all.
And the final touch, my favorite moment of this tragicomedy: when I informed them that I was going to the Consumer Office, they responded — LITERALLY — "No problem, they do great work." They sent me on my way WITH APPLAUSE. With joy. With enthusiasm.
The face is the limit in this establishment.
Consumer complaint: submitted. Review on all possible platforms: in progress. Was it worth losing a customer for €29.90? Ask jose_manuel, who will surely give you an operational debriefing on the matter.

I do not recommend it at all.
A total scam. The rooms have absolutely nothing to do with the photos on the website. The beds are uncomfortable and small; they claim to be 1.50 meters but are tiny, old, and uncomfortable.
The pillow is long, but the cover does not fully fit, lacking two palms, so imagine how disgusting it is to sleep like that. There is an additional pillow in the closet, 90 cm, whose cover has not been washed in quite a while, as it smelled of humanity.
The receptionist was playing dumb, doubting me and even offering to go up together to see him. She said the photos were real, clearly a good photographer because besides what was mentioned, there were not half as many pieces of furniture. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
The breakfast was good, that is true, and the girls were very nice, although the white chairs had stains from the war.

Poor experience little cleaning laundry and poor service
We stayed on September 8th and the pillows in the room were dirty with blood stains and to leave the parking lot the next day at 2 pm they had me held calling reception 15 minutes to open to take the car out until they opened as I had to go up to reception to open... the worker told me that she did not notice any calls as she was with the headphones on among other things omitting her duty to be aware of the calls from the Parking...in short Nefarious Service will not return again for this hotel
