Beautiful room with balcony. Very clean. Staff was amazing and helpful from restaurant. Tina went above and beyond. Breakfast was varied and delicious.

The breakfast was good. There were no outlets in the room to plug in chargers. The location was great but there was no staff on site to check you in. You had to check in online or walk to another location to check in or get help. The room was clean and comfortable and the bathroom was clean as well.

Much difficulty in reception
In addition to the room have little Warming. And I got cold. It makes no sense to be the client making the reception. I waited for hours for the room ready. Loaded with bags. I didn't get room msg ready. I came back and had no way in. There were no multiple languages to explain how to check in. I had to walk quite a bit to another hotel loaded to go get the key to the room. It makes no sense.

Bad experience
Location far from the center, there is no frigobar, to check-in we had to go to another hotel to do, after cleaning the room smells awful

St Moritz stay
We spent 2 nights here as travelling on the Bernina Express. Booked directly online but email from the hotel confirming had a link that was corrupt. Received a 2nd email with check in link a week before arrival date and again had a corrupt check in link, had to contact the Reine and Laudinella group emails to resolve but both very slow to respond, was promised a link via whats app that was slow to arrive. Requested a kettle and extra pillows but none were present. Found out from another guest at departure there was a Spa in the Laudinella we could use but no info at the Corvatsch about it. Rooms are dated and lacking a fridge. Very small shower and grubby carpets.
However, the restaurant served high quality food and very attentive staff. Breakfast was very good with a wide selection of food on offer. The shuttle bus to the station was very good. Would i stay again ? probably not but i'd definitely visit the restaurant again.
