Great value for money
The hotel is within 5 min walk from the town center and railway station, where Mont Blanc Express begins its journey to Chamonix Mont Blanc area.
Quiet location, fabulous breakfast and very attentive staff. Though tele-check in was a surprise :)

Madam, sir.
The stay booked for my family in your hotel from 03 to 07/02/2026 is frankly mediocre considering she had to change rooms twice.
Broken blind, toilet bowl that gets the hell out of here, and especially missing TV remote control... Channel blocked on only one German channel. Claim the next day.... (on a TV screen)....In the evening still no remote control.
The service leaves much to be desired.
Finally a guy will finally come late in the evening to try to get the TV channels back in order. If I can't make it, my family will change rooms.
Unfortunately the new room will be directly next to 2 other rooms that will mess up the hallway during the second night.... These people were screaming loudly all night slamming doors.
My family didn't sleep and didn't dare come out to intervene with these people.
Report the morning of the brothel to the staff on the screen.
They already knew.
It didn't seem to bother them more than that that my family didn't sleep.
I hope at least I have a commercial move.
That's the least we can do!
It's up to you to file a complaint against those who messed up and levy them a surcharge for their harm caused.....
So given this mess, change of room on the third floor next...
No noise problem, but the hallway cleaning was not done. It's frankly abhorrent.
Your hotel does not deserve its 3rd star. I'm sorry to tell you this, but frankly, your hotel is a disaster.
The Swiss reputation took a serious hit....
That's what I said to you... I might as well be honest with you.

Lonely 25
Only an electrical outlet in the room and it was down by the floor under a desk, very hard to reach, had to crawl on a dirty floor. The blinds were broken in the windows so it was not possible to close.
Breakfast was nice and the staff in the restaurant was happy and positive. The reception was only digital and they did not feel like helping.

Catastrophic booking!
My reservation, made 2 months ago, was cancelled due to work in the building 3 days before. 3 months later, I am still waiting for the refund! In addition, the service is done abroad, I went to the hotel but there is only one webcam to chat with someone who is in Morocco.
