The rooms were small but functional . The breakfast is very good. The location is incredible and close to all transportation and shopping. The parking is very convenient located in the building with direct access to the hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Very well located, next to the Baar train station to go anywhere in Switzerland by train, direct train from/to Zurich airport, close to Lucerne. Overall great experience

Superb

A great hotel, great location and great staff.
Rooms are functional, clean and ideal for a few nights. Great value for this part of Switzerland too.
Check in was exceptional. Justina was so friendly, positive and professional.
A lovely way to start my Swiss stay.
I have stayed here over a number of years and I genuinely can’t fault the place.
The location is perfect. Directly across from the train station, next to a large supermarket and selection of cafes and coffee shops.
Keep up the good work!
5-star service from all the staff.

Disappointing for the price paid

I stayed one night at this hotel and the experience was disappointing.
The first room had a continuously flowing flush, which necessitated a change of room.
The new room was small, with uncomfortable bedding and an old bathroom.
In addition, the elevator was not working at the time of my departure, and I had to take my suitcase down the stairs.
For the price charged, I expected much better.
