Great hotel at a good price.

I was really pleased with the hotel. The rooms were very comfortable. The staff are excellent, very helpful, easy communication. Their airport pickup vehicles are very swish and they provide transfers free as we were a group of 8 for a week. Breakfast had lots of choice and very helpful service. Pool and restaurant all good. We compared prices with 4 other hotels and this was the best value. Nothing to complain about. Would definitely come back. Thanks

Exceptional Hospitality and Outstanding Service at Kigali Paramount Hotel

I had a truly wonderful experience at Kigali Paramount Hotel. From the moment FEDLAC team and guests arrived, every member of staff demonstrated professionalism, warmth, and genuine hospitality.
The Sales Manager was exceptionally helpful, attentive, and committed to ensuring that all our arrangements were handled smoothly. The reservation agents were responsive, patient, and efficient, making the booking process seamless. The porters welcomed us warmly and were always ready to assist with our luggage and other needs.
The chef and the restaurant team deserve special recognition for the delicious meals and excellent service. The Restaurant Supervisor ensured that guests were well attended to and that every dining experience was pleasant.
The ICT staff were knowledgeable and readily available whenever technical assistance was required. The drivers were courteous, punctual, and professional, making our journeys safe and comfortable.
The cleaners were highly professional and thorough, sometimes going above and beyond to maintain excellent standards.
Overall, the hotel’s greatest strength is its remarkable team. Every department worked together to make our stay comfortable, enjoyable, and memorable. Their attention to detail and dedication to guest satisfaction were outstanding. I sincerely appreciate the entire management and staff of Kigali Paramount Hotel and would gladly recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Kigali.

A great hotel as a base in Kigali.

A great hotel as a base in Kigali. Close to the airport (and airport transfers included). Quiet and clean with good amenities. Staff very happy to help. Good selection of hot and cold food for breakfast. A bit far out from the tourist spots we visited but that wasn't too much of an issue. We would stay again.
