Samara's Best Hotel
Modern hotel. It's a great room. In the room, kettle, coffee machine, water. There's a swimming pool and a sauna. Very creative. It's all right. Great gourmet breakfast. Polite and considerate staff. The room has a beautiful view of the Volga River and central Samara. Stalin's bunker is nearby - you should visit.

A pitiful 5 stars(
The hotel does not meet 5 stars in price-quality.
If you compare with the Moscow hotel of this chain, unfortunately, very, very far must grow Samara.
More practically speaking:
Rooms are clean, quite spacious, there are good views on high floors, very savvy and varied breakfast.
Negatives: swimming pool and near it for a maximum of 8-10 people, could do more on such a hotel. The bathroom is very big, but very stupidly thought out, the high bathtub that you have to reach into with effort, the shower system in it is very strange, either pulling wire from the bathtub, which is quite heavy, or watering yourself out of the top big, but not even the sash, everything will be on the floor or you have to push hard against the wall to not set up a swimming pool.
I won't describe any other minor flaws.
Also the treatment of guests from reception, burrowing to charge guests more money and all with such naive smiles faces. I won't write the basic problem...
Not all the gold that shines.

Wonderful Hotel
Wonderful hotel with wonderful service. Stayed with the whole family for a couple of days when they were in Samara. All requests are handled by the staff and are helpful. Wonderful breakfasts, there's a spa complex. Room service . We were happy with everything-- thank you very much.

Lotte's holiday for March 8
Been at the hotel since March 7-9... The impressions are fresh. It's not the first time we've stopped, so I'd like to point out a few points, the room is high, though ,when asked to postpone the cleaning by half an hour, returned 4 hours later to the untidy room and asked several times to remove the trash and add makeup.
And the question of cleaning the spa... Of course , much depends on the visitors themselves, but cleaning in Spa empty bottles from water and dirty towels in the hamam ,can be done more often , as well as cleaning water near sunbeds. Everything used to be perfect. On this visit I was in a hamam on the evening of March 8th there was a dirty towel in the corner and empty bottles and on the morning of March 9th- the picture was still the same..
Breakfast is a total delight. The menu has improved. The late-night cook is great. Everything is delicious, and beautiful. The girl waitresses are very kind.

Everything used to be perfect.
