Exellent Service
The breakfast buffet was excellent with a great variety of delicious food. The crew was friendly, attentive, & provided excellent service especially Pathan. We really enjoyed our breakfast & will definitely come back with our family & friends. Highly recommended!

The was very clean I can’t complain at all 👍, and the staffs are very nice and friendly and helpful 🫡. The air conditioners works really good without it the heat would have been catastrophic, i really enjoyed my staying✨. Thank you 🙏

Title: The Worst Hotel Experience in Doha – Absolute Zero Customer Service
"I can confidently say this is the absolute worst hotel experience I have ever had in Doha. The services were completely sub-par, and the overall management is highly disappointing. Cleanliness is clearly not given the proper attention, which is unacceptable for a hotel. As for customer care? It is completely lacking. The staff were highly uncooperative, unprofessional, and lacked the basic standards of hospitality. They fail to provide even the simplest, standard amenities that any regular hotel would offer To top it all off, there is zero flexibility. When we requested a minor late checkout at 2:00 PM, they flatly refused and insisted that we must vacate the room by 1:00 PM, showing no consideration for the guest's convenience. I do not recommend staying here at all. I would never suggest this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay. Save your money and book somewhere else."

We came in late and were welcomes with nothing but smiles. Great experience. Special thanks to Mayo, one of the security members for showing us around and explaining everything about Accor and Ibis and Adagio. Give the man a job in sales
