Comfortable old style almost boutique
Stayed here in the heat of the summer - the restaurant was cool and comfortable - home cooked food simple yet delicious. Had a 2 bedroom suite, no aircon, but otherwise very clean and comfortable. The silky bedding was unusual at the start. Breakfast was nice and the ladies catered to my dietary needs without any questions. As everywhere in Poland pork is the most popular meat and one should always ask for alternatives.

Could be better !
I was sating there 3 nights.
First impression is that Hotel is nice, and well located. At least Płock is not a big city so with walk You can easy reach most of the places.
rooms was clean, but it was a strange that We had 2 bedroom room and one of them didn't have a door. Bathroom was quiet small, but everything was there.
Breakfast was OK but there was some moments when staff didn't notice that food or mugs was finish.
Weirdest thing was behave of the cleaning ladies. I could compare this with other friends who were in different rooms in hotel with me. Well in my room they start to clean when I was sleeping. On the beginning I thought that maybe want to take trash but than I heard hoover. Maybe it help a bit with my jet-lag but never saw something like that before.
In two other rooms also cleaning service start to work before quests leave rooms - anyway they were informed that we going out all together in 30 min. Situation was not comfortable when my friend was excused from bathroom in moment when she wanted to put her contact lenses, and when she came back after cleaning, contact lenses were cleaned as well. Of course she got back money, but for sure there is something wrong with cleaning service.
Some rooms are located next to the neon - so it's quiet bright during night.

Wouldn't recommend it
Stayed in the hotel in June. Was hot which was great but not when you are in this hotel, our room had no air conditioning! The room was clean but very old fashioned and smelt old fashioned! Shower room was new but very small. The girl on check in was helpfully and lovely however we had to deal with a different one furring our stay and got abuse of her because our friends were noisy although we are a couple and weren't causing any trouble, so if ur staying with other people beware as you will be responsible for their behaviour. She was very rude to us which I found unacceptable and on check out we couldn't even get a coffee, breakfast was finished but u don't see how it's hard to make a coffee for a paying customer, funny thing I was able to get one the day before. Very disappointing stay for many reasons

Great staff!
This is a pretty standard hotel, the room was very clean & nice,but the mattresses could do with replacement, the breakfast was standard continental style. What set this hotel apart for us was the helpfulness of the staff. We caught the bus going the wrong way & because of this mistake we arrived here late at night needing help & a room! Theresa the night receptionist was amazing. She went out of her way to help & arranged a room & assisted with onwards travel options. A BIG thank you to her for being so nice and for all her help! A great example of when the commitment and helpfulness of the staff makes all the difference to the customer!!!

Cool Hotel on the hill.
The hotel is pretty standard, the girl working the desk wasn't so friendly but this could be due to the large number of people hanging around due to a music festival in the area. The room is pretty standard, nothing special. The view is pretty good from the hotel but we didn't stay much in the hotel. The gem of this hotel is the restaurant which has food which was beyond the expectations. Based on the rooms I wouldn't have guessed the food would have been that good. Everything else was pretty standard, though the towels here are so thin and cheap, even asking for extras doesn't help.
