What wonderful service

I was completely delighted with the wonderful people who worked at the hotel, they all deserve a raise. They made my trip to Opole a very memorable and I would highly recommend a stay there. The rooms were extremely clean and tidy.

Dirty

Dirty room: dirty sheets, piece of bread under the bed, torn curtain....
No further comments.
Different hotel entrance appearance: modern, well decorated. We don't have breakfast.
Maybe it's something isolated, but the room we had, let's say it was not clean if there is a piece of dry bread under the bed.

Good Hotel

The hotel is in an ok location, the free parking at the rear is a bonus. One grip is that rooms on the upper floors are quite warm and the air-con was not working for the first 2 days of a week long stay, the temperature outside was between 28/31c, this made sleeping very difficult, reception did provide a fan.
The sofa bed had seen better days, so sitting was not comfortable.
The hotel staff were always very polite and courteous.
The breakfast is good quality.

Nice stay but with some hiccups

We had 2 rooms for the family :
room 203 - the showerhead came off while my husband was showering! And there was very little shower gel left. luckily we always carry some with us. The room comes equipped with a fridge.
room 305 - we could see that the door had been forced open so the locking mechanism is not that great. We had to make sure that the door was well closed shut before leaving. There are no fridge in this room.
On our first stay, we had a lot to choose from on the breakfast buffet but on the second day the choice wasn't as good (Perhaps there were more guests or because it was a holiday).
Overall the beds were comfortable, the rooms nicely furbished and had a good night sleep and there was a free private parking which was a big plus. It is just these inconveniences that made the stay less agreeable.
I put the service as "average" because the front desk were very nice and helpful but the maintenance/cleaning service could be better. (note that cleaning service starts very early in the day so if you are in the room they will not come in to clean the area)

Nice hotel. Exellent location - near to downtown and conference center. Exellent atmosthere. Quiet place, hospitality of high quality. Pet friendly. Very comfortablefor dasables. I would be pleased to stay in this hotel once more.
