The best bar in the city with tunnel, underbar

The hotel I've been to. Budget hotel but 4 Ace. Clean, in the center, free parking and a car barrier station were very clever. Breakfast could have been a bit better, but it’s satisfying for the price. First time I had the spa and it was pretty good. I didn’t expect this much. I liked the cafe bar downstairs too. The service and drinks are really good.

Setback

We entered the hotel and were not equally greeted. In the room there were hairs everywhere on the floor and there were stains in the covers. Breakfast was not good. Too bad!

Excellent, well-priced accommodations!

After a long day of traveling, we reached the quaint and cozy Andino Hotel in Aguas Calientes. After checking into our 6th floor room, we realized that it didn't have a window and asked Gabriel, the on-duty receptionist, if he could make an adjustment. Soon we we were ushered into a second-floor room with a view of the bustling local street life, which included local dogs that are let out to roam by day and return home at night. Such great fun!
Andino Hotel staff were gracious, prompt, and friendly, especially Gabriel! We enjoyed an ample breakfast every morning and a comfortable, firm bed with cushiony pillows (thus far, Peruvian pillows have been gigantic and hard:)) We happily recommend this great hotel for weary travelers. It's well-priced and will meet all of your travel needs.

Good hotel

The room was big and very close to the train. Within walking distance to everything. They responded quickly and pic us up at the train to walk us to the hotel so we will not get loss that was great. The breakfast was good.

The hotel itself was just fine. The room was clean and had a nice hot shower. Our issue was with a member of the staff; Leo. He stopped us on the way in after dinner (hours after check-in) and began telling us that breakfast (which states it is included on the Expedia website) was going to be 20 soles per person. Confused, we showed him that on the Expedia website it notes that all rooms include free breakfast. After some back-and-forth, he finally agreed to honor what the booking states. If all rooms did not include free breakfast, it should be noted on the website or told to us before we paid for the rooms at check-in. We felt like we were trying to be taken advantage of. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. There are so many other options. The rest of the staff was just fine.
