Nice experience.

It seems that the hotel has improved a lot since the first reviews were written here, as I found the perfect facilities, everything clean, the pool spotless and very nice, breakfast the same and everything with a very friendly service.

Good place for one night stopover

Small quiet place to stay while you wait to go elsewhere. The city is not nice and noisy and I was really tired. Liked the swimmingpool and the help with the arrangements of my taxi. Good value for what you get

Great

We stayed in transit just for one night, the price for the night included the taxi arrangements to the airport for the next day, which I think is a great feature. Two small problems were #1 our room had some trouble with the shower, since it only poured hot water, but then they fixed it.
#2 you could hear pretty much everything going on in the hotel, but i think this was the case just for my room.
Overall I would recommend it since is clean, near the center, comfortable and buffet breakfast is included but it has room for improvement!

Decent Hotel near center of Piura

I stayed one night at this nice hotel.
The hotel is situated at a 5 minutes walk to the center, with all the shops, bars & restaurants.
It is a relatively quiet neighborhood and I felt safe in this hotel.
The swimming pool could be better maintained although, when I arrived in the afternoon I wanted to take a swim to cool of, immediately one of the employees started cleaning the top layer of the swimming pool with a net. I must also say that due to the dry climate, the wind carries the dust and sand everywhere, so it is not immediately the Hotels fault. But the water could have been cleaner. Room and facilities were clean. The Hotel staff is very friendly, since I speak also Spanish, they were very helpful with all questions I asked. A woman working in the Hotel was so nice to escort me to the Restaurant of her choice when asking were I could eat quality Ceviche, And she was right, it was the best Ceviche I ate during my trip in Peru!
Wifi is working OK in the whole hotel. On the contrary of some comments about a poor breakfast, I was really surprised about their breakfast offering. Juices, coffee, tea, bread, cereals, fruit, eggs, chia seeds, jams, enough to satisfy everyone's needs.
One thing to note, the Hotel doesn't have an elevator. But that didn't bother me.
