2024 summer

The service should include soap and shampoo. I ordered a lasagna and I didn't have a house, so I don't recommend that dish. There was no light in the pool at night. There are several empty spaces that can be recreational. The pool is not as big as they think.

Hola! Gracias por tus comentarios. Desde esta semana ya hemos incluido productos de limpieza y toallas sin costo adicional.
Cabe indicar que cuando no estaba incluido se indicaba claramente en nuestras condiciones. Lo mismo con la luz, funcionamos con energia solar, una tarea titanica para mantener un hospedaje ecologico. Para garantizar la electricidad 24/7 tenemos algunas limitaciones pero que tambien ya la estamos solucionando. Nos pueden seguir por redes sociales para conocer nuestras novedades :)

Bad host

The owner of the place was very unrespectful, I couldn't believe the way he treated me and my family. He was drunk, my brother doesn't speak english and he was yelling at him in spanish.. I still can't believe it...

Outstanding in every way.

Just spent 2 days in this wonderful paradise. Everything about this place is top notch. Thank you Lucho and Norma. I will be back as soon as I can. The food is the best and if you call ahead they can prepare some of the best Cuy in Peru.

Quiet and comfortable

The room was simple but super clean and quiet. The restaurant is great and the pools are so clean the birds will drink the water!
Our hosts were engaging and ensured that we were well taken care of. The price was on the upper end of what one would expect for this type of accommodation.
Only complaint...breakfast needs to be improved. Do not expect free omelettes but more than bread and juice and coffee.

Best Hotel in Mala!

Well this hotel is a well kept secret in Mala!You will need your own car to get there. They have great rooms! The place is very private! The food is awsome!the customer service is extraorndinary! Will be back for sure!
