Comfortable and peaceful hotel
Lima 18 Boutique Hotel offers comfortable rooms with a good bed and lovely shower. The pleasant downstairs outdoor area is perfect for relaxing, while breakfast is freshly prepared to order and can be enjoyed either inside or outside—so there’s no need to rush.
The staff are friendly and always happy to help. The hotel is quietly located between San Isidro and Miraflores, away from the busiest areas but within walking distance of the coast. Uber is perfect for travelling farther afield. There are plenty of excellent restaurants nearby, either within walking distance or a short drive away.
The fascinating Huaca Pucllana archaeological site is also close by. It can be visited during the day or evening and has a lovely restaurant overlooking the ruins.

Bad experience
Whenever I went to Lima I stayed at this hotel. This time I had a very bad experience. The air conditioning in room 205 was not working, being in February and in humid heat for the season. At reception they didn't give me help, they said they called the manager and he told them that if we wanted to leave, they would return our money. They passed me a floor fan, inefficient and also made a lot of noise. This whole situation happened to me with a two-year-old. I also added that they gave me a bad crib. I'm never coming back. The next day, I changed hotels.

Good starting point for Lima
We stayed here for the start of our Peru vacation for 2 nights. Location is top and you can reach everything within walking distance. The ancient Mayan pyramid is just one street away.
The staff were super helpful and had good tips. Breakfast was great!
Room spacious and the bed super comfortable, even if there was a bit of little space for 2 large suitcases because the sink is in the room.
Strangely enough, sometimes the loud birds are mentioned here. You're just in a "tropical" city. I thought it was wonderful and didn't understand the comments.

Beautiful, comfortable stay!
Lima 18 is a beautiful boutique hotel! My mom and I loved our stay here. The space is modern, clean and comfortable. The staff is very kind and helpful. Also, the daily breakfast is amazing - delicious and very large portions. The neighborhood is beautiful and feels safe.
There is an archeological site right beside Lima 18 , and a large grocery store around the corner. It is around a 20 mins walk to the main tourist area , miraflores. We enjoyed walking there everyday, along safe streets.
Also, the staff is great at setting up taxis to and from the airport.

Lovely Quiet hotel stay!
Lovely, quiet boutique hotel - def one to stay again!
Liked - Loved this hotel! Set in a quiet neighbourhood in Miraflores, a little way out of the centre but Ubers, cheap and readily avaiable. Friendly, helpful staff, lovely comfy beds, clean rooms with good storage space and a very nice balcony to sit out on - no complaints at all! The breakfast in the pretty courtyard was lovely with quite a good choice. The facilities of tea/coffee downstairs was a nice touch and always available.
Disliked - Nothing.
