Amazing hotel in Cusco
Amazing hotel, very nice service, very kind people, good location! Clean rooms, nice breakfast, and a very cute hotel Cat :)) I can recommend this Hotel for couples, friends to have a nice place to stay in Cusco! The travel agency in the hotel next to the reception was very nice and organised us 2-3 trip to visit the fantastic places in Cusco, thank you for that programmes, they were all amazing!

I don't recommend it.
Good location and friendly service. However, poorly equipped rooms, no curtains (only has wooden doors facing the street as insulation, so you can not count on natural light during the day and have at the same time privacy), breakfast little varied, not very good quality.

Disappointing, I do not recommend.
We arrived at the hotel on 20/09 and were accommodated on the second floor. At first glance, everything seemed fine: hot shower, TV running and dark room to sleep. However, on the first night we suffered from the wooden floor, which made the noise of all the guests passing through the hallway echo — and that was until dawn. Exhausted, we end up spending the night like that.
The next day, we asked for relocation due to the noise and we were treated, being placed in room 102, on the ground floor. I asked about noises and was informed that there would be no problems. In fact, the room was quieter, but still presented two serious inconveniences:
1. Inutile window: gave to an inner depot (towels, bedding, groceries) where the light lit every 2 minutes during the dawn, illuminating the whole room. A real torment for those who seek rest.
2. Noise from the kitchen: it was at the bottom of the bathroom and, even with the door closed, it was possible to clearly hear conversations and movements.
Also, one of the biggest problems was the shower. In a 7 night stay, at least 3 times I had to take a cold bath (colder than warm). When I questioned, I was only informed that there was a problem with heating, no time limit for solution. On a tired journey like that of Cusco, this is unacceptable.
Positive points:
• Good breakfast with eggs, juices, yogurt and local breads.
• Polite and solemn attendants.
• Excellent location, next to the Plaza de Armas.
However, none of these points compensate for the lack of recurring hot water, the noise and the lack of care with the minimal comfort of the guests. Considering the problems faced, I affirm with conviction: I would not return and I do not recommend this hotel.

The only good thing is the distance to the square of arms... the rest is PESIMO!!
The distance to the square of arms is excellent, it's the only good thing... The rooms are VERY sloppy, we changed rooms after the first night because of noise as they opened a new disco 20 meters away, the phones are useless, the safes are useless, the blankets look horrible, the shower doors are bad, the sheets or are dirty or smell of a lot of chlorine, the staff tries but you can not with so many bad things, they charge 40 suns a night for a heater because the rooms do not have, they have 5 hair dryers throughout the hotel, the outlets of the rooms are bad.... in a nutshell DON'T GO!! IT'S LOUSY... !!

Very unhappy with the hotel
Half a block from the park but too much noise from cars and a disco until dawn, the lousy and bad breakfast, the very regular rooms, lots of dust, the very regular staff, only one of the receptionists was friendly, the other three very bad classes. They need to get better at a lot of things, and they can do it if they want to, but that doesn't seem to interest them.
