Excellent from start to finish!

Good experience from start to finish. The staff is attentive, there is kindness. All accommodation is clean, you notice the attention to detail, the room in very well presented, clean, complimentary water. It might cost a little less by the standard that is handled generally but we really leave grateful and satisfied.
We had a good breakfast and with a good view!

Clean room, friendly treatment and good location! The hotel is clean and nearby you have restaurants and shops, highly recommended!

Acceptable, but Improveable

There is no elevator, no drinks available because they indicated that the kitchen was closed, the bathroom of my room was too small and uncomfortable, even the service indicated breakfast and at the finals they said no and that I could buy it for a separate cost

It was my first time here, it is nice place, good reception, a nice, clean and quiet atmosphere, really welcoming.

Absolutely Fantastic

I've stayed in this hotel for one night, and I absolutely love it.
The bed was really comfortable. The WiFi worked well. The room was spacious (I booked the “deluxe room”). The breakfast was simple but fantastic.
The hotel is located in a good district in Nuevo Chimbote. There was no smell of fish in the room, unlike in other hotels, especially those near the bus terminal.
The only issue was that they always try to charge more. In my case, they tried to charge me for Booking's commission. However, after I pointed it out, they fixed the bill. So, watch what you pay, and you won't be disappointed!
The reception works 24/7.
