No recomendable

Positivo: económico, está muy cercano al Metro y cinta costera, bien comunicado, chicasde la recepción muy amables.
Negativo: falta ostensible de limpieza en las habitaciones, hay cucarachas, no limpian las sábanas ni renuevan las toallas. Se encuentran pelos de otras personas en las sábanas. Algunas de las rooms tienen facilities out of order, las instalaciones de muchas habitaciones están obsoletas y mal mantenidas, rotas. El wi-fi no funciona en las habitaciones, sólo en el hall de la recepción.
Positive points: budget, very close to underground, very well deserved by Metro, close to Cinta Costera, kind girls at the reception desk.
Negative points: clearly lack of cleaning in the rooms, there are sometimes cockroaches, they do not clean the sheets and towels, easy to find hairs of other's in the sheets. Some facilities in the rooms are old, bad maintened and/or out of order. Wifi does not work in the rooms, it only works at the recepcion hall.

Just couldn't do it:(

It was inexpensive and I wanted to rough it. But it was more than I bargained for. My room was dingy and dark. There was an odd odor and the a/c was in its last legs. I had to go into the sweltering hot lobby to get a WiFi signal. They let me check in early which was nice. It gave me time to find a new hotel. In the end I used the shower twice and left late afternoon. I didn't even want a refund. Just wanted out.

at $25, a value

Affordible place to stay for a night or two. Wifi was fast. Lady at the desk helped me with fining food and a movie. no hot water... but with the outside temps, the cool shower was what I wanted. Had to turn down the AC as it was too cold. I think it is a value for $25 down town.

Affordable! A/C, Internet and TV, but COCKROACHES~

Cockroaches appear at night... they do have internet but it wasn't working for me. I had better luck with the "InternetParaTodos" signal that came through our window. No hot water either. Affordable location though. During our stay there was an awful high pitch sound coming into the window down the hall, not too sure what it was, maybe an A/C about to break, but if we didn't have our own A/C to drown out the sound we wouldn't have been able to sleep! Good location though, near McDonalds and a short walk to the waterfront.

Worst place ever!

We had an online reservation, but THEY DIDN'T HAVE INTERNET, so they didn't get our reservation!
We had to go to another to hotel in order to print our reservation, and they charged us for this!
When we finally got the room, it was VERY DIRTY, no window and no air in the room. No hot water in the shower. And the worst part - COCKROACHES EVERYWHERE!
Around midnight, we figure out it was actually a cheap SEX MOTEL that rent a room by the hour! Disgusting !
After we said we want to talk to the manager, and we will pay to her, the lady from the reception woke us up at 6AM and forced us to pay!!
DON'T EVER GO THERE!!
