Great location and quiet

Stayed in the family room which consisted of four single beds. Had a good layout. There were 3 of us staying in the room and it felt of good size. The disappointing thing about the room was lack of storage place for clothes. All it had was a very slim wardrobe with 6 hangers. No drawers or hooks. Hooks would have been handy to hang up our coats.
The hotel itself self was quiet and the staff friendly. The waffles were a lovely touch in the afternoon and the 24/7 coffee, tea and cookie was nice. The location was a short walk to the main shopping area, most attractions and harbour. The bus stop was a short stop to which was handy as a direct route to the airport.

Enter Viking Apartments - Large deviation between advertisement and delivered apartment

The apartment we got was significantly smaller than what appeared in the ad, and both standard and impression differed clearly from the pictures used at the time of booking.
We took this up during our stay. The hotel has subsequently informed that they tried to get in touch with us to offer an alternative, but the situation was not resolved anyway during the stay.
We also complained afterwards to both Enter Viking Apartments and via Booking.com. Compensation from Booking.com was offered, but this was not proportionate to the default.
Our experience is that Enter Viking Apartments appears to have apartments with different standards, and we were unfortunately unfortunate.
Based on both the apartment we got and the handling in the afternoon, we can not recommend the place.

I still could visit this place again but not on the top floor

Service was warm and welcoming. Tea, coffee etc available all the time. Nice and tidy overall but when going upstairs there was very harsh urine smell which grew more and more stronger on the way to the top floor
